Ordered 2 chicken blts got home with them to my amazement there was no chicken on them had to drive all the way back there so the lady could say oops I forgot to put the chicken on them she gave me 2 new sandwiches and took the other ones back she also gave me a half pound of salad to take home BIG Deal after all that trouble she could have a least let us keep the other 2 sandwiches

I dont frequent a lot since I moved out of the area but for the once or twice I visit a year while passing through... they always remember my name, always polite and provide excellent food / service. They are very down to earth and not a typical deli. Its just a great place and wonderful owners!
