At 123 Steps Daycare, the owner does a wonderful job of providing a safe, nurturing, and friendly environment, while still being extremely professional. The child care space is cozy and clean, and our baby quickly became comfortable and happy here. You can tell that the owner really cares about the children, and the fact that this is a licensed NYS provider is reassuring knowing that they adhere to strict safety and training standards, among other things.

As a single mom, I have frequently tried to find a daycare in which both my son and I would be happy with as I work during the day. I decided to try 123 Steps Daycare. I am very happy with this decision. My son is very happy and he does not stop talking about the activities in the daycare. I am very pleased and I highly recommend it.

Veronica is very nice, personable, and organized. Her daycare is clean and neat. She follows regulations and was very thorough in explaining them to me as well as her policies. The daycare is both professionally-run and nurturing. My 3 yo daughter had a fun day there today in trying it out and looks forward to starting.
