I came to Ultimate Collision after hitting a deer. Bill helped me handle everything with my insurance company and had my car repaired and my insurance claim resolved in a little over a week (which includes ordering a new front end and other parts). The personalized service was unexpected and made the whole process quite painless and the car looks great. Plus-Bills a really nice guy! THANKS BILL!

This shop had my car for over two months, and they did not even complete the job! The car was towed back to my house with some of the repairs completed. They didnt replace the broken rear bumper because "the replacement bumper didnt fit". Lied numerous times throughout the whole ordeal. Wasted my time going with this shop. Dont bother.

So disappointed took my car change fender and when I picked it up my wheel felt funny and the check light came on. When. I took it back the owner was biased and rude. Im not sure its because I am female or my race worst experience and now I have do more work to my car then when I brought it yi them !!!
