Morning staff is great and friendly. I got a week pass and I went at night and one of the trainers would follow me and my friends around the entire gym watching us making us feel uncomfortable. We follow the rules and respect the environment but when a single person stares blatantly at you for 2 hours waiting for you to put a weight in the wrong direction to say something or constantly stand behind you literally watching you, it becomes harassment. My friends and I wont return, perhaps in an emergency Ill go once in a while in the morning. Three of my friends have cancelled their memberships after i told them about the trainer.

Have consistently double charged my membership 6 times in the past year and take very long to fix the issue. It used to be a great place and has gone way down hill. No showers and dont have the best hours.
