Left job incomplete. We paid our contractor top dollar for a custom home. They claim home is complete, however we had no A/C as well as multiple heating issues, flooding and electrical issues . Oh yeah, and none of the 3 sets of stairs leading into the house needed for a CO among multiple other careless mistakes. The job was left unfinished and he refused to complete it unless we gave him the last ~6% owed upon completion of home. How can you claim its finished when we cant even get a CO to move in? Bill Liguori-owner, then placed a lean on my house the next week. Of course, nothing came of it because we were the ones being cheated. We were 50% past contract deadline already at this point. We had to pay someone else to correct the issues, which cost much more than the last payment due to the urgency to get this complete. We are now in court with them. Had we had known he had other issues with customers including a class action lawsuit, we would never have hired him. Hind sight us always 20-20. Its sad that people like this still exist.

I have always had (30+ years) positive experiences using WFL Construction Inc for many projects... some very large. I will continue to use them in the future.

Has done a ton of work for me. Great prices and perfect work. Scheduling was easy and Bill was always around to answer questions we had.
