We first partnered with NEXT! Ad Agency in September of 2015, with the intent to boost our SEO rankings, help clean up our search results and improve our overall online profiles. During our time with NEXT, communication was minimal, we rarely received direct answers to our questions, and were left unsatisfied with the work that was done on our behalf. When we pressed for answers, we were finally given the response of "we failed" but were given no further direction on how to remedy these failures. We were also told "you did not pay for a result, you paid for a proven strategy that we expect to lead to results". This "proven strategy" has failed us. We were offered a free extension on our contract, and during this time are not aware of any work done on our behalf. No communication was initiated by our NEXT representative, and we only received a response to our inquiries after going to a supervisor. Throughout our time with NEXT we received marginal updates to our online presence, but many issues remain unsolved; some of which were created by NEXT. We have received a list of remaining issues with our profiles and have been set loose to deal with these on our own. From the poor communication, empty promises on work that could be done on our behalf, and a seemingly apathetic attitude towards helping resolve our problems, we cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone looking for SEO help.

First of all, I have been doing business with Next! Ad Agency for almost 3 yrs. Everything that I was promised they would do they have done, and my business continues to grow every month. Lauren, my Account Manager, is fabulous! She is always patient with me as I struggle to keep up with understanding the new technologies associated with social networking. Best of all for me is that they do it in a way that I really dont have a lot to do to make it happen. Their advertising staff is very creative and always coming up with interesting articles, sayings and photos for my facebook page which always draws a lot of "likes" and keeps folks talking about us. We have had an opportunity to work with Ashlee Tumilnelli with the Next add agency. She is amazing. The company is amazing. Before we had these folks behind us, pulling for us, and promoting us, our website was barely visible on google. they worked very hard to get us up on the list on google and they have succeeded. They never stop working. Ashlee never takes time for herself. They are wonderful. I would recommend this company for anyone who is trying to run a business. they are very thurough. they ask for names and email addresses so they can drum up reviews. John Deiure and the Next! Ad Agency have made online advertising easy and possible for our small business. Online reviews are so important and thanks to Next! Ad Agency, we have a strong online presence with minimal work on our end. We provide the names of customers willing to leave reviews but Next! Ad Agency does all the work. They contact the customer and put the review online. They consistently check in with us and let us know what theyre doing, how theyve improved our ratings and what we can do to help the process along. Weve been with them a few years now and definitely consider Next! Ad Agency to be a really great investment if youre short on time and wanting a competitive online presence.

Initially I was skeptical and wondered if I had paid WAY too much for the services, but figured I would discontinue after the first year. The rest of the story: I recently renewed for the 3rd time. Our Account Manager, John Deiure [and other capable staff], layout a plan of what they will do during the next Quarter or Year [specific accountability] and execute w/ precision [follow through]. That would be enough because thats what we paid for. However, the reason for 5 stars & not 4 is they EXCEED EXPECTATIONS and readily respond to questions & provide valuable advice, w/o additional charges racked up. Not only did we renew, we added a service this year.

I was promised tech support from Next! Ad Agency after paying $3,000+ through CGI Communications. I made phone calls and sent emails for over two weeks to our "tech support", Chase. After finally telling to receptionist Ive had trouble reaching him, she tries to send out an email - no answer. I ask her the next day if I can speak to his higher-up, which she connects me to - no answer. He gets back to me and borderline refuses to give me the information needed to get into MY account. Multiple other little problems along the way, but this one really lead me to write this review. Just be careful what these people promise you before you believe them.
