Mr. Cherubini and his staff did not only hold to their standards of professionalism, but I feel they held to even higher standards with their character traits. I have not seen this type of care or genuine concern on Staten Island, or in other boroughs. They went above and beyond what their job intails to help me in my dismay. From A to Z they were by my side every step of the way. I know there were at least 4 or 5 instances where I was knowingly asking them a repetitive question and each time they stopped what they were doing to go over it with me as if it were the first time I asked. Most would get agitated, not the staff here. I say class A+ all around.
