I recently booked my brother-in-laws wedding party at Hall of Fame with Matt. Matt was awesome! Very accommodating and arranged for us to use their private room for chair massage, breakfast and to get ready the day of the wedding. All us groomsmen had cuts, styles, and hot towel shaves. All the guys in the family came along, even the kids. We had a great experience, a lot of fun and made what could have been a stressful morning into something enjoyable. It was great to take it easy, get a little pampered and relax the morning of the wedding. Thanks Matt and the entire Hall of Fame crew! I highly recommend using them for your event or wedding!

I went in today to get haircuts for my two boys... One who is disabled. The haircuts they received from Nick and the one female were horrible and when I asked to fix some of the things I wasnt happy with I can see the frustration in their faces as though I was offending them... If I am going to pay you for a service I expect that service done right not to mention I expect to be greeted w/ excellent customer service the same way I would Greet my clients. This is definitely a place I will never visit again. Very disappointed!

I started going to Hall of Fame after it was referred to me by a friend. I am pretty busy so I dont always go to the same person but it doesnt matter because they are all very good barbers. I ended up hosting a get-together there with my groomsmen the morning of my wedding and we had a great time and everyone left happy with their cuts

3 times theyve closed the shop an hour before "business hours" and when I did manage to catch them one weekend (my weekend) I was easily dismissed and felt as if I was an inconvinience to them. I dont recommend ANY place that doesnt treat their customers with regard an respect.

Went for a haircut as a walkin. 1hr and 20 minutes later no barber. The ambience is ok, its a sport themed barbershop. Would recommend making an appt if you want to get a haircut. If you are looking for a quick business cut this is not the place. I

USED to be the best damn barbershop in downtown Syracuse. location is great. The walls are littered with TVs, Some of the barbers here are great. Some others, are unproffesional, immature, have filthy equipment, and have no idea what they are doing.
