We are FOURTH Generation Funeral Directors who @ 2:35 am on March 18th Received a call from our relatives that a member of our family was killed in a tragic Snowmobile accident..As so many families that we have served over the years we wiped back our tears & pondered who could we call? Who would we trust to prepare his body ? We decided to call EANNACE based On a fellow friend of ours from Albany recommendation Everyone, especially Chance & Dominick Were by phone very personal & professional to us & Chance spent untold hours to restore our relative so our family would be able to have an open casket service. Later in the week. From our experience this is the funeral home to turn too when Death occurs in Utica They truly deserve 10+ stars

It appears to me that if you are not the male child of the deceased, your voice does not matter. Im sure their response to this will be " Im sorry you feel this way". They will however apologize after the fact, and placate you by saying what they think you want to hear. Essentially, think you are too stupid to realize what they are doing.

Being in the floral industry, I have worked with many grieving families through the years and I have heard all good comments about this funeral home and the staff. Personally; every time i deliver flowers to this funeral home, the staff is professional and courtious!
