The Southern Tiers take on fine dining comes up short. The food is good and waitresses are gracious and friendly however the location and arrangement of tables bring down the overall experience. PS is a restaurant that is renting a closet from a grocery store to serve fine food in and the arrangement of tables are so damn close to one another you will learn far more than you want to about the other guests dining all around you.

Rick Dodd is without a doubt best chef in this town the number 5 has nothing on ps the food quality is so much better at PS and the price point is much better I think ps is the best restaurant in this town

Sylvana and Rick have a beautiful establishment. Their food is always amazing and they go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy with their meals. Couldnt say enough good about them!
