They were disrespectful through the whole process. When my family gathered to finalize arrangements Michael Cecere actually yelled at me. My sister started to defend me (I was only trying to understand the sky rocketing costs) and this brought her to tears. My mothers death was due to a lengthy, painful, and costly decline in health spanning ten years. We paid nearly 15,000 to give her this funeral, but were treated poorly. During the viewing, Liz Wallace was talking loudly lounging at the desk in the lobby. We paid an extra $500 I believe for supervision, but no one stood near the doors to direct our guest to the correct room (as they had done the day we came to make arrangements.) They were horrid. The location was nice enough, but if they make you feel uncomfortable the entire time you are there it is not worth it. The best part was the church service at St. Brigids (beautiful service.) At the burial we noticed the funeral home had complete destroyed the flowers my mother had been sent. Just a bad experience all around. Losing someone you love is hard enough. Good luck.

The funeral directors here are tremendously compassionate and involved in the daily operation of this funeral home. This was truly comforting at a time when our family needed lots of support as we planned my mothers memorial service. Unlike a lot of funeral homes that are more corporate and impersonal, we chose Donahue Cecere because even on the phone it was so clear that they really cared about delivering compassionate service to their clients. We were so lucky to find them.

My aunt and her family had a very good experience here with the planning and execution of her uncles funeral. The staff was compassionate, attentive, and knew how and when to give grieving people their space. They took good care of the family and made sure everything went off without a hitch. Id definitely recommend them based on what I saw.
