The staff are really nice, and they had a possible position lined up for me even when they contacted me. I felt like they did care, and the small office might help that atmosphere. The one thing I would caution anyone wanting to work for them, is that if youre asked to meet them in White Plains, their office is in the Promed Westchester Medical Campus, and NOT on the south side of Westchester Avenue next to Family Vision Associates.

Vanguard is just another average temp agency. The staff is decent (nothing special), their computers for gauging skill sets are outdated. They dont even have macs at this location! In a recession period such as this one you shouldnt even bother dealing with this place, your better off building your own network with people who will actually call you back.

Not Wired That Way
I worked for them years ago. My time with Vanguard was one of the most pleasant and positive experiences I ever had with a temp agency. You could talk to them about your concerns and they listened. They looked out for your welfare and made sure the client didnt take advantage for mistreat you.
