We had rented from newton square two times. With no problems. Then this new manager guy shows up (from VEGAS). We figure well nothin has changed, so we rent from them a third time. This was a family party. When I went to give him the deposit, he says " I DONT WANT ANY MESS IN MY PLACE. REMEMBER, I GOT THE COPS." What does this mean? We signed the papers with the agreement that we would pick up the mess. Was he trying to threaten me with "THE COPS". I didnt think much of it at the time, I just thought he was having a bad day. SURE ENOUGH,,,, the day of the party comes and even before the party starts,,, I find out that he had cussed my one of my cousins out...something like(Hey you stupid F*** wanna go to jail), then he pointed toward a police car //// ALL because he stuck "A 2 INCH NAIL CLIPPER" in between a gap on a wooden bench. My cousin is 13 years old and he doesnt know better. I looked at the bench myself, and it didnt have a scratch on it. SO THEN.... my cousins father tries to talk to the guy, and tries to tell him not to be so VULGAR,because there was children in the party, and all the guy says is ............ (you got a problem with it talk to the cops outside),,and walks away. THIS MANAGER is NEWTON SQUARES PROBLEM. DONT do business with them until he is GONE!!! If anything this man is a professional A**! NOTHING CLOSE TO PROFESSIONAL!!!

After reading the bad review, I felt it necessary to write a good one. The facility is now under new management, and is definitely worth looking into. We recently had a wedding reception there, and it was absolutely wonderful. The catering company was great to work with, and the food was exceptional. The atmosphere was perfect for our occasion, and the interior of the facility is beautiful. If you are considering a place in North Raleigh, do not dismiss it because of location or the previous review. Look and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

I dont know about that bad complaint but Knightdale High School will try it out and if we have a problem with him I will make sure that the cops will talk to him.
