My 6 month old son goes to CF Preschool and Daycare and I cant begin to describe how much I love it. The staff is beyond kind and open to any questions you may have. Its nerve wrecking sending your children to daycare or preschool, and I had a little bit of guilt for doing so. All of the women at CFPD make the experience a piece of cake! I love dropping him off (5 days a week) because I know hes in wonderful hands and is going to have a great day. On top of the fantastic staff, my son loves it, and hes just a baby! I can tell by the way he looks at the ladies that take care of him in the infant room -- he is always so excited to see them and then when we leave he just stares and smiles at them. Its apparent when you walk into the center that all of the children, infant and up, are enjoying themselves. My son loves it there, my husband and I love it there, and I have no doubt that anyone else would too!

Chagrin Falls Daycare is an excellent school run by a dedicated director who loves the children. My son was cared for by Joan Heartz, and my grandchildren as well. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Chagrin Falls Daycare -- it is run by the book. I have observed the classrooms on a typical day, watched teachers interacting with their students, reading to them, playing with them, observing them. The rooms are clean and full of colorful furnishings, toys, books,and artwork. The new babies room is bright and cheerful. I know that providing a safe environment where kids can begin their socialization and learn to be good citizens is a priority for this center. Joan has been caring for several generations of Chagrin Falls children who have become remarkable young men and women. "Miss Joan" has made a positive difference in this community.

We have 2 children currently attending Chagrin Falls Daycare and Preschool. Our oldest is now 4 and has been there since he was 12 weeks old. We toured many different centers in the area and when we came across this school we knew it was the place for us. The center in very clean and has an inviting atmosphere. The teachers truly care about the children. Our 18 month old daughter is enrolled there as well. As working parents, we have peace of mind that our children are happy and safe at their school everyday. In my personal opinion, this is probably the worst daycare/preschool in the area...by far. It used to be a half way decent facility, but now is basically a place where they warehouse children. Very little learning takes place. They put the kids in front of the TV AND unsupervised during preschool time. Almost all of the good teachers have quit. The owner doesnt care about the safety or well being of the children. I had to pull my daughter from this school for these very reason. Do not send your children here.

My daughter and I love Chagrin Falls Daycare and Preschool. My daughter has been here since she was three months old, and she is now four. As a teacher, I think there is a great ratio of play to learning. The teachers take a personal interest in my daughter there care for her is obvious and she loves going to school. She loves the additional music and computer classes as well. WE are also loving the science experiences.

I have had children attending Chagrin Falls Daycare and Preschool for the last 6 years, and cant imagine them being anywhere else!!! Ms. Joan and her staff provide a nurturing, safe and educational environment that has allowed my children to flourish and enjoy going to "school". I have and continue to recommend any family in need of safe and high quality preschool and daycare.

We have been coming to Chagrin Falls Preschool & Daycare since my kids have been in the infant room. Every teacher has been caring, patient, and wonderful caregivers. They have learned so much while attending and I feel my preschooler is well prepared for kindergarten next year. I would definitely recommend this place to other families.

What a great environment for children! The staff is caring, supportive, and very responsive to the needs of children and their parents. I would highly recommend this daycare. Our children enjoy the experience and have thrived!

My son loves it at Chagrin Falls Daycare and preschool. He has learned so much this year and made many friends. I teachers are very nice and help your child wave goodbye if they have trouble letting go when you drop them off.

Very home environment like, comfortable and has a wonderful staff. Always a greeting with smiling faces. Children are happy. There are lots of materials and great activities to help stimulate the childrens mind.
