Nothing but the best! I was contacted by a recruiter less than 48 hours after applying for a position online, and had an interview scheduled for the next day. Everything came across as very professional- from Andi’s welcoming smile in the lobby to the layout of the modern waiting room. They definitely maintain a high level of expectations, both for their own employee’s, and the candidates they interview as well. After my interview, I was given contact information for each person I met with, and was told if I did not hear from them within three days to contact them directly. Less than a day later, I was contacted and offered the position at a higher salary than I expected! All of the recruiters within The TRAK Group are very professional and willing to go out of their way to get the job done, something you DON’T see very often in a hiring and staffing firm! I will definitely recommend them to family, friends, or anyone I come across looking for a job!

TrakGroup is bottom of the barrel scum. Their recruiters are unprofessional, liars, and lack any sort of integrity. First they call your voicemail and wait for the answering machine to beep and then they slam the phone down. And then they confirm phone interviews only to not call you. Its obvious TrakGroup recruiters are a bunch of immature reject kids who mostly likely flunked out of college and couldnt find their own ass with both hands. I highly recommend all job seekers whether associate, junior level, or mid senior level avoid this company. Theyre not worth the time or trouble in seeking a job. Oh, just a note they always ask job seekers during a phone interview "What are you currently making at your job?". Thats probably why they get such subpar job contracts because no one (notable) is willing to do business with them ($70K+ salary positions). Ill give them 5 more years until they close shop or get bought out by another business.

An amazing company with even better employees. I had trouble with other recruitment groups, like getting back in touch with me ect. But Tina at Trak was almost always in contact and actually returned phone calls/emails! Tina had gotten me 2 interviews and a job in less than a month. Tina was very helpful and guided me every step of the way. Im so glad I came across Tina and the Trak group.

Fake postings beware!! Unprofessional recruiters who care nothing about you just numbers, soooo many better agencies people, that care about placing you. I will be reaching out to the BBB due to false advertisement and there is proof!
