Nobody at this place knows what is going on. First, they claimed there was nobody that could take measurements so that I could buy a shirt for my dad, so I guessed...wrong. When I walked in with the shirt, the man knew instantly that I needed at least a certain size - that would have been helpful to know when I went shopping the first time.T hey said they had no cd player we could use for music - why? Because theyd have to charge us to use one if they had it. Oddly enough, there was a cheap little player in the foyer. So, be prepared to bring your own sound system (which I did). They told us that three days before the service wasnt enough time to order memorial cards because the only person that could do it was out of the office. THEN, a different employee asked us the DAY BEFORE the funeral if we wanted cards...and she got them printed. They refused to give my son a letter saying he attended the funeral for bereavement time for his employer. They told my step-mother that there "might not be anybody available" to give my dad a navy service. This was FIVE days before the funeral. That is a garbage. Fortunately, I knew a young man on the detail that does the services and with his help, I was able to go through the veterans department to get that arranged because the funeral home was unwilling to make an effort for the service my dad earned. Theyre cheap, so if that is all that matters, go for it. If you want HELP with anything, forget it.

Aaron Esposito is unbelievable. As mentioned from others here... he is unbelievable. No compassion. No empathy. I have even gone so far as to file a complaint with the BBB. I am shocked that someone with his lack of empathy and compassion is even allowed by law to practice in this field. My grandmother prepaid for the service and obviously Aaron Esposito already speant this money and had no concern for the emotional feelings that the death of a loved one bring out. Esposito also spread rumors amongst the family members and instigated problems. WARNING: IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED ETHICALLY AND COMPASSIONATELY..MOVE ON. DO NOT GO HERE. ***UPDATE***** HE IS NOW KEEPING MY GRANDMOTHERS BODY (AFTER THE CREMATION WAS ALREADY PREPAID FOR BY MY GRANDMOTHER HERSELF!!) AND REFUSES TO CREMATE HER OR GIVE OUR MONEY TO US TO TAKE HER SOMEWHERE ELSE. ITS OBVIOUS HE IS TRYING TO MAKE THE 35$/DAY BY HOLDING HER BODY THERE. NOW ON TOP OF ALL OF THE EMOTIONAL UPS AND DOWNS ...AARON ESPOSITO IS NOT GOING TO CREMATE OUR GRANDMOTHER OUT OF SPITE, LACK OF COMPASSION AND GREED. I WILL GIVE MORE UPDATES AS THEY HAPPEN*****

Upon recommendation from our hospice, we had the misfortune of dealing with Aaron Esposito. He is not understanding or compassionate toward people going thru the death of a loved one. He acted as though he was doing us a favor and demanded payment above all else. The cremation price was reasonable, but I would have paid more to be dealt with in a more caring manner. When I complained in writing, I never received so much as an apology or reply. Go elsewhere for this important service so you can be treated with the dignity you deserve during that most difficult time in your life.

My mom passed on December 2nd. Although knowing she was sick, I couldnt make any pre-arrangement. They made a very, very difficult process pleasant. They were so kind, they in no way tried to get me to spend more money. As a matter of fact the lady went on the internet to try and help find this urn that I wanted. They were so accommodating, Im very happy we chose them. Recommend to everyone.

Extremely informative, very through, kind and thoughtful. Our Mother, 96 years old, was born and raised in Philadelphia never moved out until 9-10 years ago. All of us decided it was long past the time to begin final plans. I is very important she be involved and when all of us got together, we were very comfortable in hiring Malloy Memorial & Crematory.

Most people never want to plan for the end. With that said, everyone that we talked to were very accommodating during this hard time. It made the whole process so much easier to get through. I would recommend Malloy & Esposito to anyone that has to make these arrangements.

Very kind and understanding staff. Took care of my unique situation. Unfortunately had to go to them for two family members, but they were very caring about everything. Also affordable.

It is a shame John Malloy sold this place to such a terrible person who treats others like sh%#t. Its sad to see the Malloy name being tarnished.
