The staff seemed so generous until they got paid. Once that happened all professionalism went out the window. Services were paid before the funeral, burial etc. It took them 8 mos to put my mothers tombstone up. They lied to my face on getting it done after I stopped in 3 mos after her burial to see what the problem was. The limo service is horrible, we shouldve asked to see the limo first. It was old, needed a serious upgrade and the ride was terrible, 1 star is an understatement. They have no sympathy at all for you or your family once they get their check. I would never recommend their services to anyone. As hard as it is to lose my mother, you would think sympathy, compassion, any type of sorrow for your loss would be appropriate. But I guess thats not part of the business. Such a good Con, # mustbeTrumpsupporters.
