I went here last night to try out parkour and had a lot of fun. I am not particularly athletic, strong, or fit and female, but our instructor Joe still found a way for each of us to complete each challenge, with various levels for us each to try. At first you think Im not going to be able to do that because we did go high and climb and jump, but they break it all down very simply, give you lots of tips and walk you through it, and then next you thing you know you did it. Except one thing I decided I couldnt do and that was fine too, he suggested something else. My friend who I took who IS particularly athletic strong fit and female was able to do the harder stuff of each bit. If you like to move but get bored with a gym then this is a fun alternative way to get in exercise without it seeming like exercise. I will go back and my athletic friend is hooked, and is also planning to send her pre-K kid to the preK class and maybe her husband to try it too.

My son and I love Parkour Horizons. The coaches are excellent and able to adapt to all skill levels and class sizes. They teach by building upon skill sets so before you know it you can do things you never thought possible. They are especially good with young children. They focus on safety so you dont have to worry about your children jumping off of the side of buildings. They also continuously change the gym structure so you dont get bored. My son has gained so much confidence, strength and agility from Parkour Horizons. Thank you PH staff!

My super energetic son LOVES Parkour. The coaches are so incredibly patient and the kids have an amazing time. Ultimately, they are taught how to quietly and confidently control their movements. While they take turns along the obstacle course they cheer each other on and encourage each other to overcome their fears. Cant recommend Parkour Horizons enough.

My kids love going to Parkour Horizons! The coaches are fun and creative and caring and skilled. Within a few weeks of starting our first weekly class, my boys and girl (ages 4-11) were moving with more confidence and coordination. My daughter also had a great birthday party there. I highly recommend Parkour Horizons and their coaches!

This gym is amazing. I have been taking my 4 y.o. here for about 6 months. The coaches are all amazing. We had his birthday part there in December. Aside from it being a fun thing got my son to do, theyre also teaching him to be his wild self safely! I cant say enough good things about them.

My kids have been going for a couple years and they love it. They have great birthday parties too! Last year one of our sons had his party there, and this year the other one said he wants it there too. The coaches are super friendly and really good with kids.

My grandchildren love this place. It has activities and classes and open gyms for all ages through High School at least. It seems well-run the owners and instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. It is a great great place for kids to get exercise

Love my little gym. Romy is so nice and the place is clean and simple. I go pretty much daily and its never too crowded. No classes but the price is right! LOVE the fluid rowing machine upstairs!
