I walked in with my mom and sister and we were 20 minutes early for our appointment but the person working there just had to finish up one person and then she started cutting my hair. This is a good place if you want a dramatic change in your hair and it has about the same price as great clips but this place has professionals. My only complaint is the little hairs everywhere because when she was done cutting, and blow drying my hair, she applied gel and hairspray to keep my hair in place. Note: if you keep it in for long enough, your hair likes to stay like that so it is easy to style. I was worried that I wouldnt be able to recreate the look that I got but it is easy. I would choose this place to get my haircut when I need it trimmed again. Great clips is terrible compared to this.

Love this place! I always feel relaxed and comfortable here. No pressure to do anything that Im not willing to do with my hair, the stylists are always friendly and upbeat and they do a GREAT job for less cost that many salons. And I dont spend 3-4 hours there for my service. I am very happy I switched to Heads Up two years ago.

Hair stylist was the rudest hair stylist I have ever come across, she did not seem to even know that much about hair. I have also got my hair cut there by a different stylist where she gave me crooked layers. Would not recommend.
