I sent a Resume and called as the ad on Craigslist instructed. After a phone interview the person said they will call back within half an hour. It took almost a month to talk to that employee after re-applying for the same job. I was asked to come in the office for an interview. After this interview was told that I was the sixth person of ten needed and that there was a good chance for this position. To wait for a call with the info in regards of setting an interview up the following week. I Called the day before the interview was suppose to take place to find out that I was not selected by the same person whom I was speaking to. To make matters even more interesting I called the company that is suppose to be hiring to find out by them that they do not use any staffing services.

Despite being a newcomer to the career world and having no other experiences with recruiting agencies or hiring departments, I would say my experience with Aerotek has been very satisfying. My recruiter, Jackie Ross, contacted me regarding contract employment opportunities, guided me through the application process, and even arranged a job interview at my current place of work. All of this happened within a matter of weeks and in lieu of the fact that they received my resume through a third party; from my experience, Aerotek appears quite willing to go the extra mile. Jackie has continuously demonstrated diligence, knowledge, and courtesy; she has worked to improve my experience in the workplace and has always been quick to answer any questions or concerns that have come up.

I have never had great experience with temp agencies, I would always hear "well get back with you" and was forever telling how much better they were than the other temp agencies so I was kinda hesitant when I got a call from Jackie Ross, my recruiter. From the first call I received from her , she made me feel that I would be in good hands and then the interview with her made me feel comfortable. We talked as if we had known each other forever. She worked her butt off finding me a job. Plus, she went beyond the call of recruiter as she was there for me when I was feeling down due to my brother sickness and then his passing. I know that i can call or email her and get the responses to any questions I have. Thank you Jackie for always being there for me.

Ive had a few experiences that really have turned me off on this group. I am currently working through the company, but Im very disappointed how they have handled a few situations. They answer questions by passing the buck to other individuals in the organization, or give incorrect answers, Their website which processes pay and expenses is outdated. They do not set-up new employees on the website until you have a problem. I think that they hire young inexperienced individuals that they dont train properly. I would recommend using another agency because this one (at the Cleveland location) is really unprofessional and inferior.

Worst temp service I have ever dealt with ever...Joe fillipoo is the worst guy I have ever dealt with dealing with temp services and should be fired I was made to drive two times to independence ohio from lorain county for nothing!!!! First was for him to show a new guy how to do an interview and the second time was just to tell me my start time something that could have been done on the phone while another guy I worked with Joe drove to that guys job for him then when I quit they cancelled my direct deposit

I had a good experience with Aerotek, and especially with my recruiter Jackie Ross. Jackie was very helpful, friendly ,informative and encouraging. She walk me through the process of my first time working for a temporary agency. After introducing herself to me and finding out that i was unemployed she immediately said "Lets get you back to work", that was exactly what i wanted to do, and with Jackies help it was all possible!! Thank you Aerotek and Jackie you have really helped me and my family!!

I also had a very good experience with Aerotek. Jackie Ross was very diligent and dedicated to finding me a job, as shes done with others on here as well. Within a few days of talking to Jackie for the first time, I received a call for an interview. Within a day of my interview, I received a job offer. Not even four months into my temporary position, I received a full time offer with my current employer. Im very thankful to Aerotek and Jackie specifically for getting me to where I am today.

When hired was told one rate of pay. When check came it was a lower pay. Years earlier...I was sent on a assignment...was told it was a "temp-to-perm" position. Only when working for several months successfully...found out the position was NEVER "temp-to-perm". Should have known...my bad...sort of. Look elsewhere if you can, or get everything in writing. Words here are no good.

This company is unprofessional and horrible an communication with people.Contacted Robert Kumengi last year, had initial meeting, and after three attempts to talk again,got absolutely no response via email or voice mail. Left voice mail for Dominic a year later, no response two months later.Called Jackie Ross,talked,and two months later...no response.
