This Print and go is not very user friendly. The customer service rep didmt even know how to help me. He just kept saying I am sorry . He did offer to "you can email me the pictures and I will print them for you" which I thought was creepy. As I gelt he was flirting with every woman that came into the store as I was there for an.hour tryimg to get the thing to work and upload my pictures. After An hour I left with one picture. Pruor to going gere I was at the library printing but had to leave because it was closing. It was 9 cent cheaper for color prints at the library and easier/faster. Not to mention a prior time I was at tgis fed ex I tried to use a computer amd after 30 mi.utes of tryimg to sumply log onto my fb account to print some pictures I left paying for computer use amd didnt achive my goal because the computer would not populate Chrome ....iy kept saying update ypur Chrome Driver. So when I went to sales associate he said "oh yeah we have problems with that" i said so you couldnt put a sign up ..I just wasted 30 minutes amd my money....he said" if you come.back yomorrow I can give you your money".smh....ridiculous....this store needs upgraded and better traimed associates

I was there today sending a package to Holland and nice lady was helping me but I think she was new so she was asking the girl next to her may be she was the manger but she dont know how to talk she was very rude to her . her tone was unprofessional and she was rude to every customer that walks up to her. when the girl was helping me she said to her "you know she needs to fill out her paper so you can help the next customer" if she had a problem with her she needs to talk to her in the back she thinks she knows everything and putting the other girl down I will never come to that place again, I dont want to see her she dont have a customer service experience at all may be she belongs somewhere else .

I went in today to fax 10 pages. It was $16.00 no biggie thats the price. However when i called the person i had sent the fax to rhey said they were all un-usable and needed to be resent. I called the store within 30min of the original fax being sent to see if i would be charged for re-submitting the form. I understand if you want me to pay again. I just wanted to make sure it wasnt something they would do since it wasnt my fault they came though unclear. I was met with very rude man on the other end who had no interest in talking to me. At least try to be nice while your charging people double.

Extremely rude customer service! The last thing anyone wants is to be rudely lectured on what you should have done when paying outrageous fees to ship a package. He felt it was appropriate to tell me I should have just paid the extra when ordering online to have it gift wrapped and shipped directly to the recipient. Well just because I used an Amazon box to ship doesnt mean I bought what was being shipped online!

About five years ago they had great service, quick and helpful. However, things have been on a steady decline since. I keep trying to go back when I need something done quickly but can barely ever get the help that I need. It seems that I either run into a situation where they complain about doing a particular job or The turnaround time is so slow that its just easier to drive someplace else.

Every time I go to this store they try to make me buy stuff to ship out my packages. So annoying. The woman was trying to think of a reason from the get go to not be able to send my package out. I refuse to buy anything else here.

They will rob you blind if you need enlargements made. Take your business to a DIFFERENT Kinkos where they will not nickel and dime you.

Who pays $8 to fax a 3 page fax with a cover sheet? Go to you bank, they will do it for FREE!!! save your money
