My experience was brief because I didnt pass the criminal background check which has only misdemeanors (failure to yield dog - yeah, my dog got loose, trespassing - in college, we protested the rise of school tuition, and driving without license, etc. Nothing that will keep someone from getting a job... or so I thought. I completed an application and was told that they would have to check my background with their Risk Management Office in California. A few days later I called their office and was told that they were unable to employ me. Immediately I laughed and explained that I currently work for a Fortune 500 Company and wanted to work a second job to pay for a vacation. The lady understood and gave me the number to their competition who glad provided me temporary employment. My feedback to the owner/CEO/president of PrideStaff is to take a hard look at your hiring guidelines and procedures. There could be an huge opportunity to increase your associate base. Also, I informed our North America Human Resource VP to never use PrideStaff.

Im pretty sure the only people writing good reviews are their own staff because this place is a joke and very rude! First of all, I was mislead to believe I was interviewing for a particular position which wasnt true. Cleary they told me what I wanted to hear just to get me to come into their office. Secondly the staff are VERY unprofessional and spoke to me like I was a Illiterate child. They called me about scheduling a second interview for the same day and was upset and offended because I couldnt drop what I was doing to come out there. Its obvious that they have no clue what they are doing and dontt have many clients. Conclusion, Pridestaff isnt a good staffing service ... Dont waste your time with them like I did.

I walked in to gather information on positions available but I walked out thinking Im glad I doged a bullet there. This black guy I talked to came to the entrance LATE after ringing the bell. There was so many things wrong with this guy. There was no " Ill be there in a minute" or " please hold on" or even "sorry thanks for waiting". He walked up nonchalantly with his arms folded. When asking him about availability and if they have any positions catering to my time, he vaguely responded with grunts and unnecessary fillers like yeah and mmhmm. He should be without a job but then again he probably cant get accepted anywhere else.

TERRIBLE!!!! Never ran across such rude and ignorant people at an employment agency. I would NEVER refer Anyone to this place. They do not know how to talk to people, do not treat people with respect. They feel as if because someone is in need of a job they can just treat them any way they want to DO NOT GO THERE!!!

This place is a joke they basically have just one client that they service and are very rude,would not recommend this place at all.here is a hint you can go directly to sanmar and they will hire you straight in no need for this agency and you make more money.

Some staff members are rude and have attitudes. Customer service hung up on me. They cut my contract because I couldnt work for a day due to a medical emergency. They only care about the company, not employees

I walked in for my interview and was immediatly greeted by friendly staff. I seen some negative reviews online but i disagree with them, staff is super prompt and friendly so i look forward to working here!
