The past two times I have returned movies/games Ive received an email stating that I hadnt. Quite frustrating. Some of the employees are great, but some are not. Clearly they need to train employees better so that everyone is doing the same thing and scanning in returns when they are received and not sticking them in a drawer causing late fees and aggravation.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. I would have given a 5 star rating, but Im not agreeable to how expensive the late charges are for the Family Video chain itself. I feel that they charge just way too much! BUT, I prefer this location over the other ones Ive visited in the OKC area, because the staff is the best!

Sometimes its awesome to just take the kids and let them go pick their movie on Friday night. I remember being able to pick my own movies when I was their age and I was right. Even though they can watch most everything online, they love picking their own movies. Im so glad this store exists.

The prices here are good and theres always a deal going on. They also have a good selection, but its the staff that masked this place great!

Reject for rentals!! The staff here is really nice and willing to do anything to help! The half price rentals is the way to go.
