I have been bringing my dry cleaning to them since starting a new job averaging about $30 per week. I went in today and they were missing one of my shirts and the quality of the pressing was not up to par, many creases where no creases should be. The girl there insisted I pay or just leave my laundry there if I wasnt happy. I work for the next 5 days and asked her to call the owner, she was extremely reluctant to do so until I insisted many times. Finally I was speaking to the owner, she said her regular person wasnt there and that they were being nice to me by not charging me for next day service. I agree, but she still expected me to pay for substandard work and I was still missing a shirt. Finally she agreed to take off two shirts and then said to me "I should look for another place to do my dry cleaning" Now this is customer service. NOT! They made the mistakes but I have to pay for it, and look for another dry cleaner. Well thats $120 a month or $1400 a year she just threw out the door because they dont take responsibility for their own mistakes. It is not a customers responsibility if they have employee problems, take responsibility for your business and your customers before you force another paying client to "go elsewhere" this is just crazy in this day and age. My requests were not unreasonable nor my language foul, nor my demeanor rude. All I asked for was for her to take responsibility apparently it was my fault she had no one to properly press my shirts and keep them safe. Good luck staying in business in the 21st century.

I have been coming here for almost three years. Extremely happy with how our clothes turn out and I come here almost weekly! The care and quality they put into our garments is exceptional. And the amount of things she covers under her complimentary fixes is great as well. My husband always has missing or loose buttons or small tears which she always fixes at no charge. I dont bring our clothes anywhere else!

Ive been doing my dry cleaning here for over 6 months now and have never had an issue. Theyve also been super flexible with my 1 day turn around requests as I have my dry cleaning done on my days off. Its gotten to the point to where they know me and what I need done prior to me even speaking. Great customer service along with my clothes always looking great.
