An employee of Alsco rear ended my truck while I was at a red light. Alsco acknowledged liability and responsibility and agreed to pay for the damages. I dealt with the fleet manager Rod Baker and told him I wanted the cash in lieu payment option rather than have Alsco pay the body shop directly. Oregon law allows the cash in lieu option. It is the right of the driver to select that option. Mr Baker refused & he was very rude and unprofessional to me and my own insurance agent who was definately NOT impressed. I had no choice but to contact their risk management people. My other option was to file a claim with their insurance carrier, file a State Accident Report and also contact the State Insurance Comission. Alscos fleet manager totally unprofessional and gave me the complete runaround and wasted a lot of my time. This person is not doing Alsco any favors at all. His communication skills leave much to be desired. If I could give a Terribly Lousy rating I would. A very bad experience. They may do a good job washing linen but their customer relations absolutely stink.

This company is corrupt! In Feb of 2016 they plead guilty to embellishing the waste water reports and paid over 800 K in fines and penalties. They were altering the outflows so they could save themselves money by reducing the charge for dirty water. This relates to the consumer by if they cheated on this how can you trust them that they are doing your laundry, not over billing you, and cheating you in other ways. I would think twice before I did business with this company!

The service is so poor its almost unbearable to watch. We are/were signed up for rotating of coveralls for 2 employees & rotation of 2 floor mats. Catastrophic break down of 2 simple tasks. I found that calls dont get returned or returned promptly. Dont know what it takes with them. The only thing I havent tried is yelling.

Heavy load, too many hills to climb, and workers with really bad attitudes. Ill never do another load for these ppl again. Also, very hard to find.
