If I could give zero stars I would. A friend of the owner recommended this place to be and what a disappointment! I first called and asked to come in to see any Save the Date samples and was told they out source those so they do not have any samples in the store. Ok fine. So I order them online and request digital proofs before printing. 4 days later I get an email stating that my order has shipping. I did not receive the digital prints before hand. I sent the owner an email and got no response. When I called he was short with me on the phone, cut me off multiple time, made excuses for everything, and was un-sympathetic to my concerns about the order. Finally, I ended up hanging up on him after his continued excuses and when he tried to give me a sob story about his personal life. DO NOT USE this printing company if you want good customer service. It is worth it to pay more to go elsewhere.

This place is a rip off and pulled the classic bait and switch on us. Took a poem my uncle wrote to this place to have it copied on a special thick, tan piece of paper and centered. Paid 25 dollars and these criminals gave us a a plain flimsy white piece of printer paper back which looks like a kid typed it up on Microsoft word in standard font. It was also riddled with misspellings. Beware of this place. They will also charge you upfront so you cant get your money back. stay away.
