Terrible unless you have an infant (under 12 months). The primary infant care taker is wonderful. I wish she would find another job as the owner (Worst ever) does not deserve her as an employee. The owner is extremely unprofessional, has no idea how to run a business and should not be in child care. She goes against her own manual - which if youre lucky you might receive within your first 6 months of attending. She fails to communicate anything and if they do not follow anything you communicate - she turns it around to stating "poor communication on both parts". Numerous times - more children in rooms with lack of care takers than legally allowed. She is also extremely unaccommodating and unrealistic. The only way to pay her is to physically drive to her establishment and physically hand in the payment. Regardless of your child is sent home for any reason (my experience, fevers due to underlying kidney issues) and you fail to pay until you return - she will charge you a late fee. For 9 months I always paid - never an issue - 2 weeks in advance - went on vacation - returned mid-week (Weds afternoon) the very next day (Thursday) I had to pick her up due to this fever issue and stated "See you Tuesday" as Monday was a holiday. Given I did not drive out to the establishment on Friday to hand her payment (she offers nothing online for paying or direct deposit), regardless of handing in the payment as I walked through the door on Tuesday - she will charge you a late fee. Again - 9 months and never an issue - not a late or non-payer and due to this - my daughter is no longer welcomed at this day care (16 months old). I would also highly question the accuracy of their Thermometer. Through the months questioned this without stating outloud as I would have to pick her up late afternoon (thats when they take the temps) and of course my daughter would have been the last to be picked up so that means they left early. Many of those times when I got home my daughter did NOT have a temperature. Another incident I dropped my daughter off once (no injuries) and when I picked her up she had a huge scratch 1/2 dollar size (she was 14 months old) on her arm. When I questioned the next morning the Toddler teacher said "Oh I saw that yesterday, she had that when you dropped her off." I almost lost it! If you also have to take your child to a doctor or something and you will be dropping them off just after their "meal time" you will be asked to feed them prior because that is a huge inconvenience for them. Excuse me but when they are getting shots - you cant feed them at the doctors office! I could go on but am so happy I do not have to deal with this lady anymore. I will end with if you want unprofessionalism, attitude, lack of communication (you are never informed of new students, new care takers - no newsletter of any sort) and toothless, shoeless wearing caretakers - then this would be the place for you.

First seemed nice but the first two days my daughter shes been there comes home with a cold and fever I have to keep her home for the rest of the week and the following week I have to reschedule my surgery because I have to take care of her for this week .and after when my daughter went back to school they asked me to pay the week she was out !! I didnt like it at all but I decided to do it because of my daughter like to go to school the first two days again shes back to school she cames back Home with very bad cough and fever every time I send my daughter there shes back home sick and I have to stay with her home to take care of her and I have to pay the school the time no matter what if shes there or not this is ridiculous I would never send her back again even if I lost all the money but I have to let everybody know this is really bad school

Our son has attended Ages and Stages since he was 1 and we couldnt be happier with the center. He loves going to daycare each day and interacting with the teachers and the other kids who go there. He has learned so much from the great staff of people who work there and I have every confidence that he will be fully prepared for all day Kindergarten. As a fellow buisness owner, I respect the way the owner runs this daycare center. She has always been very professional and accommodating with us. I would and have strongly recommended this daycare center to anyone who is looking for an educational and safe child care center.

I did not have my son go there and thank goodness for that. I toured the facility and was unimpressed with how impersonal it felt. Its convienient location is what drew me to it as it is directly across the street from ironton elementary school. But when I dropped my so off one morning in September of 2015 I saw a woman with children in the parking lot. The children were sitting on the blacktop waiting for the school bus. This might be ok for some parents to see but it did not sit well for me. Im glad I went with my instinct and kept my child from the facility.

My daughter has been coming here since she was 6 weeks old, she is now 2 and half. I have never dropped her off and she didnt want to be there, she is happy to go every day. The teachers are phenomenal. They are in every day which has provided a safe and secure environment for my daughter to be comfortable in all day while I am working. The owner is kind and caring to all of the children. We are blessed to have found Ages and Stages and would recommend it to anyone who has children.

This is not a place you would want to send your child to. The owner is very unprofessional and rude. I wish I had read the reviews before I sent my child there. I love the teachers and wish they would find somewhere else. She has no business in child care. Let alone dealing with people. Especially those of different races. Shes rude and racist. She has discriminated against me and my child. It is one thing if it is me but you also did it to a child. Im appalled.

My son has been attending ages and stages for about 2.5 years. The owner is friendly, fair and professional. The teachers in both the infant & preschool rooms are exceptional. They truly care about our child and his education. When I pick him up at the end of the day he always has something new he learned about to share with me. If you are on the fence with this daycare/preschool, dont hesitate. Ages & Stages really is the best, they never let us down!

Our 4 1/2 year old daughter has been attending Ages and Stages since she was 5 months old. She loves going everyday to see her friends and teachers. We couldnt be happier with the love and education she has received. There is no doubt she will be ready for Kindergarten next fall. We are very happy that we chose Ages and Stages. The loving and nurturing environment has helped her become the happy and outgoing little girl she is today.
