Im absolutely appalled with this location. Ive been here about 5 times in the past couple of months after 7pm for dinner, and its terrible. Lets start with the cleanliness. Theres food and trash everywhere, every time I visit. Its all over the drink counters, the tables, the floors, and outside. The trashcan outside overflows so bad theres a 3 foot piling tower of trash on top of the trashcan. What is the trash emptied once a week? They usually run low on ingredients and get extremely skimpy (bowls are literally under half filled). Im paying extra for guacamole, why are you going to put 1/4 of a scoop when youre running low? Running low on your choice of meat? Oh well, its late we dont feel like cooking more so lets ration it out. Maybe if you didnt start scrubbing your grill at 8:30 you could put out fresh food (you dont need to make a full pan geniuses). Thats another thing, the hot food is literally COLD and tastes old whenever Ive visited. My last visit, I went to go get ice. Oops, out of ice. The visit before that (20 minutes before they close), Im told "Uhh you do KNOW that we close in 15 minutes." "Ok... are you going to kick us out or something?" "Yeah actually we will. You can eat outside." That was actually a conversation we had with an employee. After that conversation, they charged us $6 extra for Im assuming WATER CUPS. Whoevers managing this place needs to do a better job.

♡♡♡ Luv Chipotle, Ive gone to the Exton restaurant for years and have no complaints. Service has 99% of the time been great and the food is fantastic. ♡ the organic non gmo, it is what people should be eating for optimal health, not food steeped in pesticide causing harm to human health and the environment. No disrespect to those who fell ill awhile back, but I truly believe and it is my opinion that was the work of the chemical trolls who profit from what they peddle....gmos. They despise the fact many of us want organic non gmo food. This fall there will be a trial in Haig in regard to gmo food from countries all around the world. Bees pollinate much of our food, the earthworms oxygenate the soil so food can grow, and then there are the majestic monarch butterflies., all are being decimated because of this pesticide So, I not only love Chipotle food but I totally support their efforts to provide us with healthy eating. Kudos to Chipotle !!

Everything was dirty, the grill had charged food just pushed to the back of it, the surface where they were making food looked like it hasnt been shipped down all day, the workers were whipping their faces with their gloved hands, the cutting boards looked as if they were using the same one all day, the lobby wasnt swept, ALL teach cans were over flowing, the trays hadnt been brought back recently, the utensils werent stocked requiring me to ask for a fork. The staff doesnt care about the customers nor do they know how to wrap a burrito. When I went in they were out of cheese hot sauce white rice and ice in the soda machine. These issues need to be fixed before I go back. I am absolutely diqusted by the quality of the store. They need a new team of employees AND managers that knows what they are doing!

So I posted a month ago. The service. The cleanliness and overall experience was horrible. Today, a completely different experience. I swore I wasnt coming back after last time. But in my haste to grab a quick bite I found myself right by Chipotle. Staff seems newer. Got rid of some old rifraf that didnt seem to care. Everyone friendly down the line. Clean and overall good experience. I was hoping this Chipotle would pull it together because I live and work next to them. Hopefully this is a lasting change. Really the atmosphere is different. The people you hire Chipotle owners and manager really do matter. They have to care and want to help people out. It shows. It makes you business better when your people are engaged and have great attitudes and want to actually work.

Used to be a decent place to grab lunch once a week. Place has gone down the proverbial toilet bowl in the past several months. Terribly managed (if managed at all) and poorly staffed. It shouldnt take 20-30 minutes to wait in the line for food but thats what will happen to you even during off peak times. Either the employees dont care enough to work more efficiently or the management doesnt know how to schedule their staff properly. Or both. Who knows. And I second all the other reviews that have mentioned this locations awful habit of running out of supplies (i.e. forks and napkins for my visits) or ice or even food (i.e. fajita veggies for my visit). Consider this customer lost.

I love Chipotle -- but this location either needs to improve dramatically or close. As much as I love it, I just cant go back here again. Its awful -- and poorly managed. They half-fill the bowls (rationing the food?), and consistently run out of food choices. The chips are stale -- you almost wonder how many weeks theyve been sitting on the shelf. The service is painful at best -- slow and barely responsive to the customer. Its time to do a google search for the next nearest Chipotle. Whatever extra time and gas I need to spend to get there, it will be well worth it for the improvement in service and quality.

I came here to grab a quick dinner while working in the area. Im more used to the Chipotles up by me. Even though theyre all very similar, this one was kinda horrible. The line was long as the cashier seemed to have issues with everyone paying. I got to the counter and they were out of hard shell tacos. I had to change it to a bowl or wait another 5-10 minutes for tacos. I went with a bowl. The meat was barely warm. I had to say what I wanted a few times because the music is kinda loud. Tables were kinda dirty. Soda machine had no ice. I ended up taking the food with me and eating back at my hotel.

One of my favorite places to eat! Love the Steak Burrito! Even for a busy day, they get you through the line fast. The assembly line staff can make you feel a little like someones shouting... NEXT! Staff is friendly. The layout of the place is my critique. On busy days, it is impossible to bring anyone to hold a conversation. The echo is so loud from other customers or from the kitchen. If you are trying to hang out for a lunch, it will be better to take it to go. By all means still go! Well worth it!

It was dirty. Tables werent being cleaned the bathroom is dirty .The customer service was horrible by the people who were serving the food, its like they didnt want to be there they werent even happy to be working there. The lady at the register had a great attitude and was hustling so thats the one star right there probably. The guacamole Was out the lettuce was out the tea was out there are no lemons. This is one of the busiestareas for chipotle in Exton PA they need to get their act together

Wow, so disappointing with this visit to Chipotle in Exton, PA. The food was handed over in shabby condition as you can see in the picture. The Cashier did not ask if what size drink we wanted – he just automatically charged us for the large drink at the higher price even though we ate-in at the location. Then, we go to get our drinks and there is no ice in the machine at 11:30 in the morning with only 10-15 people at the restaurant. Very disappointing experience.
