These folks use an interesting sales strategy - demand to see energy bills to make sure youre getting the savings youre entitled to, get outraged and huffy when you refuse to hand over said bills, and then depart with comments ranging from "Ill have to mark you down as being uncooperative" (promise???) to "well, if you want to pay higher energy bills...." Theyre rude,officious, relentless, and apparently have difficulty understanding that no means no; also seriously fail in salesmanship. An intimidating and officious demeanor is NOT a good sales tactic - unless, apparently, you work for Platinum. In probably 6-7 visits from these people in the past couple years, not once have they ever told me what theyre actually selling. Now when I see the official looking clipboard and lanyard, I just tell them Im not interest and close the door.

I worked for this company in 2013 they sent me Fresno California to work for 8 months always oppurtunity to grow if u come to work do your job and stay postive my only complaint was my manager which is no longer with company robbed me blind but they no longer do bussiness with synergy marketing so that no longer happens

Stay away from this company, they advertised in our mobile home community and the reps get pretty nasty. One rep got arrested in our community. Not falling for this bait and switch. Stay with your original electric or gas provider.

I honestly like Platinum Advertising. They try to help lower the cost of your utilities. They motivate their workers and it was one of the best working environments I have worked for.

Horrible customer service. A worker, Kaelyn Kennedy showed me the worst communications skills and a horrible attitude. Awful service. I would never go back to this company again!!!
