I dropped off a business card to get new ones at West End. We are a local small business just wanting to support another local small business. When I picked up the business cards they printed for us I was shocked. They were nothing more than what I could have printed myself. The paper was flimsy and there was no raised lettering like the one I had dropped off to show them what I wanted. No one ever called to ask me what I wanted and I had to call them 3 times to check on my order. Sorry to say we wont be back and we cant recommend for a professional job.

As a UPS partner, they are a very poor choice. They do not give any assurance to your package drop-off; they merely take the box and say have a nice day. There is no receipt, and the tracking number (when asked for) is scribbled down on scrap paper. You are better off hoping on Rt. 33 and taking your package to Staples in Nazareth. I have not used them for awards, printing or FedEx, so I can not rate them on those services.

I can only rate thier service as average because thats all thier prices/services are. Ive gone to them before but am less than likely to return. I got a quote on a banner from them but found another local company who cut the price of the banner in half(or more) compared to what these guys wanted. I guess they are ok for locals thats why I gave them an average rating.
