I have been an occasional customer of this location for years, typically stopping in for lunch. I had always had a positive experience overall, but my opinion of this location changed on Sunday night. My wife and I went in at 7:45 PM for a late dinner, after running a bunch of errands nearby, and I guess since we visited within 2 hours of their closing time, they chose not to serve us. We walked up to the register, and there was a gentleman who appeared to be a manager counting coupons. We asked him what time they close, and he said "9:00 PM," and we said "oh good, well order then." He kept counting coupons for several minutes, while we stood there, expecting him to take our order. I wish I could say this was an exaggeration, but he never acknowledged our existence, even after my wife said "hello?" so we told him we were going to go next door to California Tortilla if he did not want to serve us, and then he just sarcastically said "Have a great night, guys!" I was pretty surprised at the lack of caring about whether or not he was about to literally watch potential business walk next door and have dinner instead. Its a shame how one unmotivated night manager would rather not serve customers just so he could close early, and lose two customers.

My friend and I both ordered the turkey, bacon, cheddar sandwich to go and paid separately. Hers came out first and we sat and sat and sat, nothing about mine. I was approached by one of the cashiers and unfortunately I had just thrown my receipt away. My order got lost somewhere. She was still so pleasant and ordered me up my sandwich, had out to me shortly, and gave me a free entree coupon for the trouble. I work in hospitality and this was such an excellent experience and example of service recovery. The sandwich is delicious and so is the raspberry mojito lemonade!

Pretty disappointed with the service. We came at lunch timeand it was surprisingly quite. We ordered the pork belly banh my, which was my wife favorite from the time we first had Cosi in D.C. The sandwich was cold and so was the meat. To add to it, the lady at the cash register gave us a bad attitude at the beginning. Would not go back again. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the limenade.

The food was decent. However, the customer service here is lacking. The girl at the register had no patience for new customers who might ask a question or take a few minutes to order. She was rolling her eyes and sighing while taking our groups order. This was on a slow day, 3 people in my group, and no one else in line...

My food was good, however the girl behind the counter gave us white bread when we asked for wheat. Then when I asked her about the mix up she told me I was wrong. 2 mins later she brought over another piece of bread for my wifes salad and it was clearly correct. She was rude both times I spoke with her, very short with me.

Went say a yr approx 4.50pm on Sat. Apr 29 w wife.A lot of attitude when ordering from menu from the guy taking our order.. Might be been the manager, no clue. He kept mumbling the bread options and kindly asked to repeat and he did w Attitude. Had to walk out and cancel order. F** that location.

Sandwich was supposed to have pesto. Had just the tiniest bit, so sandwich was very bland. Menu has to be translated to the kitchen. Hate eating out of plastic disposable bowls and plates with plastic silverware. I can go to McDonalds and do that, and pay a whole lot less.

I called with a last minute catering order for lunch. Need a spread for 30 people. John and his staff pulled off an amazing job. All the food was fresh and delicious!! Everyone in the office is raving about it. Thank you for making the staff happy and well-fed.

John and his team are always kind, courteous, and on time. Our company orders from this Cosi multiple times a week, and they nail our order each time. Very pleased with their service, highly recommend, especially if you are looking for delivery!

Had a bowl Thai curry with tofu. Foods good, but the curry to rice and bread ratio is pathetic. Left with half a bowl of rice and half bread with no curry!! Overpriced for the quantity. Wouldnt return.

Always love Cosi for a quick, fresh meal that has healthier options. Nicer atmosphere than other fast food chains. Portions are just right...LOVE their bread!
