A couple months ago they wouldnt let me in as I was approaching the door at closing time. I "let it go" and gave them a pass. I showed up today with a bunch of items. They advertise same day service if you get there before 8 a.m. I asked for it to be done tomorrow which is basically giving them one-and-a-half business days. After the clerk had everything sorted and tagged the owner came over and asked me to go somewhere else. Said that she couldnt guarantee it tomorrow. I had too many items that one of them had spots. I explained that I was planning to travel in 2 days and asked her if theres a way I could reduce the size of the order, pay extra, or remove the soiled item. She said no. She said she has "regular customers" to serve first. HELLO!!! I AM ONE. GIVEN YOU HUNDREDS of DOLLARS over 3+ YEARS They even have a sign at the cash register that says same day service as well as on their website. When I pointed that out , she said "we try....not a promise. Im going to report them for false advertising. DONT GIVE THEM A DIME!! THEY WONT APPRECIATE YOU. REPORTING THEM TO BBB for FALSE ADVERTISING (I Dive 20 min R/T base don their false claim)

They are the WORST! We were customers for more than a year. I used to take my husband work clothes every week there. 3 of my husbands shirts got damaged the same week. I was NOT expecting them to pay for the expensive shirts but I decided to bring it to their attention. The woman was soooo RUDE to me. My sister used to take my brother in law clothes there for many years also. A few months after I had problems with them, my sister had a very bad experience also. They damaged one of her pair of pants. She talked to the guy at the cleaners and he was so rude to her. Stay AWAY from this place.

I was there regular customer for an year. one of my husbands shirt has been shrunk after cleaning. I just informed the owner about that. I didnt ask for any money for the damages. As a regular customer I felt it my right to let the owner know about what has happened. upon hearing that the owner told me to leave and not to come back again and find some other cleaners for me. She was really rude and mean.

Have been coming here for years but when I brought 2 shirts back for what looked like burn marks from ironing and lets say he begged to differ and not very nicely. Pretty much told me why dont I believe his wife when she tells me its from perspiration and from lining of jacket and he waved me off to get out. Really -- why hasnt it happened to any other shirts then? Very disappointed.

Horrible!!!!! Ruined my shirt and did an awful job on ironing it. Raised issue with the owner. Said..."this is the best we can do, if you dont like it, go somewhere else". Imagine this being said with attitude! I pointed out an issue that was fixable, but instead I get told off. If there was a zero star option, this place would definitely get one!

Do not take your business to this place. The owners are rude and dont care about treating their customers well. I have been a customer for the past few years and recently had a bad experience. The owner must have had a bad day with some other issue but was taking it out on his customers !! The price may be low but then you get what you pay for.

Please stay away from this location. I asked about pressed in wrinkles and lint on my clothing. Instead of asking how to fix this, I was yelled at and told never to return. There is way to many choices in the area. Do not fall for the. 99 cent shirt clean. You will get less than you pay for!
