We came to Floga as a result of suggestions from friends. The initial impression was delightful, with the oil and bread brought to our table very promptly. Soon afterward, however, the facade of greatness began to ebb away. It was soon apparent that the Bistro was of the nature of your everyday run of the mill Italian eatery. What with its menu delicately replacing words with Italian cognates, its prices a touch distant from modest considering the meals do not include a salad or vegetable, and the portions not sufficiently ample in regards to the cheese ravioli. The spaghetti sauce is vaguely reminiscent of a doctored-up pizza sauce. Sitting here now with a coffee cup thats a touch too small and hinting at false distinction, I can draw my conclusion. As a whole, Floga brings false sentiments of professionalism, when in truth it is no more grand than the China Kitchen next door.

Service was poor. We arrived around 3. There were no other customers, but the tables had not been bussed. The waiter seated us and then we had to wait for him to clear tables until he took our drink order. And then after the drinks were served, wait some more until he took our orders. We were still eating when the server came with our check and asked if we needed boxes. We were also offended by the bracelet the server wore that said "f me" The food used to be excellent, but no longer. Nothing memorable or leaving an excitement to go back. The sauce on my eggplant was greasy and had an anise flavor. The raviolis looked naked in the bowl.

My first experience was dine in pizza, it was pretty good, a lot of options. Service was hit or miss. My second experience was terrible, take out italian dishes. The service was borderline rude, and all three of our dishes had some distinct element of not being fresh, especially the shrimp and the bruschetta. For the $17 -$20 a plate, I was expecting good, fresh Italian food. It may be ok for pizza but much better restaurants in Kennett and West Chester. Will not be going back.

I have eaten at floga bistro many times and i have been pleased with each experience. The atmosphere including the service and music were outstanding. Two of my favorite dishes include the Veal Saltibocca Romana and the Seafood fra Diablo and the homemade desserts are to die for. The canoli and tiramisou are equisite. It was nice that the head chef came out to talk to the costumers, that was much appreciated. I can not wait until my next culinary experience at Floga Bistro.

This cute little italian restaurant was an unexpected surprise!! I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza I had, the Quatro Stagioni!!! My children loved the fried calamari for an appetizer and chicken fingers with french fries for their meals. The service was great, and being able to meet the owners was a nice change from some other restaurants in the area!!!

My husband and I went in for a quick bite one evening/afternoon. Service & staff seemed nice, but the food was decidedly bad. My angel hair pasta looked and tasted like it was soaked in oil. The meatballs that were not still pink inside tasted like cardboard. Would not go again - a few minutes more and we could have had cheaper/better in DE.

Ordered Mac and cheese for my son at 8.99$ a plate. When it arrived it was clearly Kraft from a box. I asked the waitress about it and her response was, "Thats what the bosses kids like." At 8.99 I expect something homemade. A box of Kraft Mac and cheese can be purchased at the Walmart for under a dollar! Will never go back.

We went here for lunch and it was delicious! I got the cheese ravioli and my fiance got the meatball hoagie. The marinara was home made, and chips were too. I highly recommend this place for lunch. Service was quick and friendly, and the place was quiet in a Thursday afternoon.

Absolutely amazing. Went to Longwood Gardens for the Christmas night show and decided to come in for a quick bite to eat. We has the cutest waitress Marianna who was delightful. Service was phenomenal in addition to the food. Who doesnt love a quaint BYOB.

Flogas chicken Caesar salad is definitely something to write home about. Their lettuce was fresh and crisp, their chicken was tender and juicy. The best chicken I have had in a very long time. 10 out of 10! I cant wait until I can enjoy their salad again!

Great prices for lunch specials. I once got a Groupon for dinner and that made it a price I couldnt refuse. I dont know if Id come here otherwise. However, the pasta Ive had here is very good.

Tried Floga take-out due to a Groupon. We had the Seafood Vesuvio and Veal a la Sorento. They were DELICIOUS! I definitely recommend trying this place out for eat-in or take-out :-)

This is our favorite local restaurant. We eat here all the time - a great variety of Italian food for the grown ups, and a great kids menu as well if you need that.

Very authentically prepared Italian dishes. Good service, unpretentious atmosphere and wide variety. Note: does not serve alcohol, but has a nice BYOB policy.

We love Flago Bistros pizzas. Best in the area. Pasta dishes are good, but their pizzas are fresh, great ingredients, great price.

Their "gourmet" pizzas consist of piling so many toppings on that the pizza dough turns soggy
