I applied at aerotek 3 months ago. I read some good reviews about aerotek so i thought i should give a try. Anyways so I was looking for human resource position and unfortunately there was only one professional recruiter for human resource jobs. So I was told to contact Eleana wehr. I had emailed her my resume and waited for couple days and she never replied. So i called the office and left a voicemail as she was unavailable when i called. Since then i have called about 10 times and sent her email and never got a single response from her. This is highly unprofessional and she should be fired. I would suggest try different agency atleast you will get response and will not be ignored. I am so pissed as everytime i call the office she was never available and i had to leave voicemail every single time.

I could not be happier with my experience with Aerotek! I was unemployed for 3 months with no income....I had more then 30 applications out and nothing. I went to Aerotek and met Stephanie B. and my life changed drastically! She got me an interview within 2wks of meeting with her and I got the job within the week of my interview. I have been promoted within the company and am still moving within the company I am now with them for going on 2yrs!! Stephanie was very pleasant and easy to work with. She checked in with me throughout my temp period with the company and has even followed up after that. I have recommended Aerotek and specifically Stephanie to my friends who are looking for a job or simply unhappy in their current one and they are as well pleased with their experience..

I had a fantastic experience with Aerotek! I am now working with a great company and making good money. I applied with Aerotek and was connected with a recruiter. My recruiter helped me prepare for my interview and even helped me get a resume since I never had one. She listened to what I was looking for and helped m every step of the way with the process. I like that they still keep in touch with me even when I am with the company now. I have sent all my friends to my recruiter Molly because I know she will do her best to help them out and give good job advice. Ive worked with a professional recruiter named EMILY HARMES of AEROTEK a couple of times and my expectations have been exceeded. Emily is a representation of the staff of AEROTEK being people and opportunity focused according to the experience and preference of the employee. Ive experienced other staffing companies in the past were they wouldnt return phone calls or remember any information youve given them. Ive delt with quite a few agencies and was never happy or satisfied. They did a poor job in my opinion. I think it was just a paycheck for most of them. The professionalism was not there.
