This place is a joke. I applied two or three weeks ago, it was a Wednesday. Recruiter calls me Thursday, to set up something for Friday. However I had to cancel on Friday, so they rescheduled for the following Monday. He tells me they use Monday to get a feel for people on what their skills meet and what the look for. I have epilepsy, so I cant drive so public transportation and walking is how I get around. I also tell him Im a caregiver for my father who has dimenia. So Im looking for your basic 3rd shift schedule to be home with my father during the day. He then preceded to tell that he doesnt have anything right now, but he may have something later in the day or the next day, for me to check back with him. I call the next day, and nothing, I decide not to call the next day just to see if they happen to call me, they dont. So, then I call the next day which is Thursday, I get the voice mail and leave a message. I didnt hear anything back that day, so I call Friday, I ask him if he received my message, he didnt. So I ask him and then he precedes to tell me he doesnt have anything right now, they he probably wont have anything until the first week of January. Frustration sets in... The thing that gets to me is, why are you telling me, that you may have something later in the day or the next day of the day I met you. When you knew damn well you wouldnt have anything the entire week and for a couple of weeks? I get thats its the holidays, but there are other agencies that have jobs available and looking for people. I actually was offered a job by another agency at a chicken plant, unfortunately I couldnt take it because of transportation. They seem to be getting available jobs during the holiday season, so why is it so hard for Aerotek? This is my 3rd and last time dealing with this company. You have never once found me a job, in my opinion you mislead people into believing that you will find them a job.

Ive got to say that the Lebanon, PA Office is wonderful. Very respectful and great staff. I personally deal with Lucas. I have dealt with Lucas since June 2016 and have to say I am so grateful to have had a wonderful and helpful recruiter. If I got fired or quit a job, Lucas always got me another one starting the very following week and Im so thankful for that cause I never went without being able to support me and my family. He made sure I had support from the beginning to the end of the process cause he always got good feedback from me from the jobs whether I quit it or got fired from it. I always recommend Aerotek to people who just move into Lebanon and they havent let no one down. I would highly recommend Aerotek cause they work hard to keep their clients satisfied.

Ive dealt with a few different recruiters here that all were professional and treated me with respect. The main recruiter I worked with was Matthew (Matt) Tischbein. Matt worked diligently on my behalf from September to January trying to find me a position that was well suited to me. Matt made each phone call and potential job interview seem that it was his top priority. If you have patience things will fall through for the best with Matt on your side.

The Lebanon Office is fantastic. Great staff (I personally dealt with Lucas) and great environment. They made sure I had support from the beginning to the end of the process. They didnt treat me like just another temp/contractor. Now Im going on 7 months at my current career and was hired 4 months ago from a temp to a full time worker. Make sure you ask for Lucas, hell take care of you.

U can call for a job you see on the merchandiser they will tell you they have it , ask you to come in for a brief interview once they see your Spanish/black automatically send you to webbers happened two times in a row. Horrible place just horrible
