I brought my vehicle here for a simple oil change. I supplied all of the materials and gave detailed instructions to the " mechanic". My vehicle, a Honda, calls for an aluminum crush washer which should be changed every time; so that the oil drain plug doesnt get over tightened and strip the oil pan threads. The mechanic failed to use one of the crush washers I supplied him in an open bag because I had the same number of crush washers at the end of the oil change (among other indications of a sloppy job). I informed the woman at the front desk and she got extremely hostile and basically called me a liar. I asked her to show me the used crush washer that was removed. Instead of producing it, she shouted at me, stating that I only paid $15.00 for an oil change ( I supplied all of the materials; including Amsoil a high quality motor oil); implying that I shouldnt complain about it not being done right because of how little I was charged. I would have gladly paid more for the job done right. It was NOT done right. Places like this are the reasons why I normally do my own maintenance on my vehicles. I dont want it done cheap, I want it done right! They lost a lot of business today not only from me ( I was going to go back to them for tires and alignment among other things) but from all of the guys Im going to tell my story to at the VFW. In closing, if this particular mechanic cant do a simple oil change properly and with care, then how good are his other repair jobs? EDITED TO ADD. While driving down the road, I heard a noise. I pulled over, looked underneath and discovered my belly pan loose and installed INCORRECTLY! Since Im in the process of moving and dont have access to my ramps and tools, Im going to have to bring my car to another shop to correct the mistakes made by this incompetent and or careless mechanic. After the way I was mistreated, Im sure they wont make good on their mistake and even if they offered, I have zero confidence in this place after they botched a simple oil change. I just hope he used a torque wrench on my oil drain plug, (Honda recommends it) tightened it to specs and didnt mess up my oil pan threads.

Just took good care of my sons girlfriend...pulling in off the road with a shaky steering wheel and having no idea what to do / where to go. Treated her quite nicely and reassured her on what to do. And a question for "Mr. One-Star Rating"...who the hell brings all their materials to a garage for an oil change?? (You bring utensils and your own dessert to a restaurant??) They shouldve tossed your *ss out when you told them what measurement to torque your friggin drain plug to!! Yeesh.

A while back, my sister came in for a set of tires and they broke one of the tpms sensors. To add insult to injury, they charged her to fix it. Since she didnt know about cars, she paid it. Whats as bad as their business practices, is the fact that its very transparent, that many if not all of their 4 and 5 star ratings are obvious shill reviews.

Terrible shop! Went to pick my car up after getting a tire repaired. The man on the phone told me theyd be there until 5. When I got there at 4, my car was sitting outside (unlocked!) but the shop was closed early with not so much as a phone call to warn me. So unprofessional. I will never deal with these guys again.
