Send your children here! We needed to find a good daycare 3 years ago when we were expecting our first child. We visited a lot of different daycares and chose Crew Kids because it honestly felt like more of a loving, family environment with a goal to love and really nurture children, rather than an institution, with all the bells and whistles and perfect certifications and State ratings, which soley existed to make their quotas. We have not been disappointed one bit. Our son is now nearly 4 and we feel confident he will be more than ready for kindergarten when the time comes because he is constantly coming home with new skills and knowledge. He is socially adept and turning into an inquisitive, fun, confident, polite, little guy whom we are so proud of, and we know Sonya and her staff are largely to thank for their role in shaping and molding him. We now also have a 10 month old baby girl and are so pleased with the age-appropriate care they both receive, physically, socially, and emotionally. Good manners and behavior are taught, books are frequently read to the children and theyre exposed to so many educational games, toys, and activities including arts and music. The director, Sonya, organizes fun parties and theme days (but not at a stress to the parents to have to supply provisions or a lot of extra prep). I work part time but frequently pick up extra hours and my schedule is not always consistent but they are so flexible with it. Also, our son had 2 significant medical events at a young age and both times he was cared for so well by the staff and taken to receive appropriate medical attention quickly and was absolutely fine. Sonya and her daughter Ashley even came to the hospital with him in the ambulance and met us there and stayed, well after-hours, to be of any assistance they could be. We are so confident our kids are in the best hands possible that even though weve both had job changes which now make taking our kids to Crew Kids a half hour out of our way, we are more than willing to do so for the peace of mind it gives us to have our kids under their loving care. ~Ben and Gina R.

Im a first time mother that recently moved in the area. Since Im in my last month of pregnancy, I was looking for daycare centers for when I would have to go back to work 6 months from now. I saw the great reviews for this place and was instantly excited. I called after 9 am, thinking it would be outside their busy time. The phone rang and was answered dryly by a woman. I proceeded to say good morning and introduced myself and started to say why I was calling. This took no more than a minute "Good morning, my name is Amber and Im currently expecting a baby. I live in the area and Im interested in daycare services for my baby and would like..." thats as far as I got. The woman cut me off and said she was busy with something at the moment. I honestly didnt know what to say, I wasnt expecting this kind of response, so I simply said "okay...". She told me she would call me right back because she was busy, and that was that. Didnt take my name or ask me for my number or even showed the slightest interest in me, my baby or my business. Trust me, if youre busy with something thats fine. If you have to run to something thats fine, but the way she came off on the phone was so rude, theres no way I would want them to watch my baby now. It really bums me out because I was truly excited for this place since its one of the few daycares with good reviews. Good luck to all the parents out there looking for daycare services. Hope your experience is better than mine.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS DAYCARE!!!!! ALSO THE DIRECTOR WRITE ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS. THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE POSTED POSITIVE REVIEWS DO NOT EXIST!! LOOK IT UP. Bad/terrible place they do not care for the safety of your child/ren just to make money. The director will defend her staff before even listening to you as a parent. I child attended this daycare when he was 5 months old my son came home with full diapers and diaper rash while only attending for 2 days (my child never had a diaper rash prior). Often his diaper was not put on correctly where as the adhesive part was on his skin. When i brought this up to the director of the daycare I was accused of falsifying my information. Also my child jacket was left on him all day I knew due to the daily picture they may send to you during the day. I was told I could not take my child upstairs to the infant room when I dropped him off and when I picked him and even on my surprise visits (because something did not feel right) he was just propped up in a swing in front of a TV. My son was only there for 3 weeks. they place the cars seats in the kitchen where meals are prepared. Toddlers and school age children watched movies all day and ran rampant through out the dawn stairs center. HORRIBLE IN AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!!!

My son has been attending Crew Kids for almost two years. I enrolled when he was just shy of 18 months. Within the first year, he was able to count to twelve and sing the entire alphabet. He can also tell you a word that starts with each letter. He has even been taught to use a tablet at the age of three. He can tell you his entire name and spell his first name at the age of three. When I arrive in the evening to pick him up, he is clean, happy and usually insists that I wait until he finishes whatever activity is happening. He is excited to head to "school" each morning and is always welcomed with a big smile and warm hug. The staff are all great and make me feel like they truly love him. I am so happy that I found Crew Kids. My son is loved, nurtured and very well cared for. The director is very thorough with paperwork, updates and needed information. She and her staff are both professional and caring. This center is a home away from home for my son. I couldnt have made a better choice!! The only problem is that eventually, he will have to leave:( Thank you Crew Kids, you have truly been a blessing to my family and I. Small fee to pay for such a large package. I highly recommend this daycare.

I discovered Crew Kids 8 years ago as a first time mom needing childcare for my return to work. Crew Kids gave the comfort needed for the first-time feelings that many parents go through, holding your hand through it all. The facility is clean, the children are happy, the staff are attentive and loving - providing a safe environment for your family. This is a family run business - and the staff and directors are exactly that. Daily updates are provided about how your infant/toddler/child is progressing and the staff communicates regularly to you if there is anything you should know. If my kids are sick, Ill receive a follow up to make sure they are doing well or see how a doctor appointment went. They are always open to provide and receive advice and feedback for maintaining continuity for routines between school and home. My oldest is in 2nd grade this year and I am confident my youngest (2 years old) will receive the same level of structure and preparation so he will be meeting necessary cognitive milestones and ready for kindergarten when time. Highly recommend this facility!
