I used to work here and I would never let my child set foot in it. The floors are never cleaned. The teachers are rude. They cuss in front of the students. The Spanish teacher insults the children. Anyone can get in and out of this place, without a door password. The children are hardly ever signed in or out. The daily reports are made up. They cover the childrens faces with blankets so that they can fall asleep. The teacher to child ratio is never right. Teachers talk in the playground instead of playing with them. Ive seen a teacher pin down a very active boy against the cabinets so that he will stay put. The superintendant overlooks everything. When I tried to call the hotline and report them I was left on hold forever. Im very sorry for all the Merck employees who use this place. No matter how good the place and teachers may look when the parents walk in, this place is awful.

Overall, I am satisfied with this Kindercare, the teachers are very good. However, within the last year I am growing more and more dissatified with the way the new director runs the place. All she seems to be worried about is cost cutting. She has gotten rid of several very good teachers for no good reason which puts more strain on the good teachers who are left behind (and are holding on for dear life). I was also promised a tuition discount by the director who was there when I first enrolled my children and now it has been cut in half. She is very much by the book...by the book, but is lacking people skills and needs to stop looking at the bottom line and start focusing on what is best for the children. Teachers...5 STARS!!! Director...needs improvement and needs to keep good teachers so turnover rate wont be so high.....2 STARS!

I had a school tour. Very clean school. Play area is good. Classrooms are spacious. The director explained everything very well. She is new to this school and many teachers seems to be recent joiners. Location is good. Very expensive. I felt comfortable.I also asked about some previous negative reviews which was written years ago. They said they worked on it and improvised on many things.

I have to agree with the other posted review. This place is horrible. The "teachers" which I cant even imagine if they really even have any certifications are terrible, disrespectful, dirty and overall a disgrace! Avoid this place at all costs.

We have 2 kids @ KinderCare. The teachers are fabulous. We really value how much they have helped our family.
