My hair was severely damaged after having a very high end salon color it in Costa Rica, where I live! I made an appointment with Kristen for a cut and she did a fantastic job of cutting my hair but leaving me some length!! Plus she is just amazing to chat with! 5 star girl for sure! Then Jordan, who is absolutely amazing as well, got rid of this horrible and I mean horrible orange color. She then darkened it and put some highlights in my hair. She also did treatments and make me feel like a human being again. 5 star girl as well.. Thank you--thank you, so much ladies and DNA salon for helping me out of the disaster, that was my hair. I would 150% recommend them to anyone!!!!

Love DNA! Ive been going to DNA Salon and specifically to Tim for about 4 years after I moved back to Phila from NYC. After going to the best salons in New York - it was really hard to find that level of talent & service in Philadelphia..until DNA. I change up my color and cut often. Tim takes his time with his consultation and gives great advice. I always love what he does to my hair...thinking about it now, I need to get on his schedule for my new year, new look! Its a really terrific salon on all counts!

As a natural red head, I have never colored or treated my hair. Recently Ive noticed my red has changed to faded blonde. After getting an amazing cut and talking to Jordan about options she came up with a great, easy, low maintenance treatment that brought me back closer to my natural glow. Jordan was thoughtful, scientific and incredibly professional. Her ability to give my hair a natural and fresh look was amazing. Thank you!

What a great place! We had a girls day in Philly and had our hair done at DNA... Best decision. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and treated us like we were celebrities. Love the exposed brick and decor s well. I will definitely be going back. I recommended it to my friends as well.

I moved back East about 3 years ago and still hadnt found a salon that I liked. This place has everything: trendy atmosphere, nice staff, good music. I went in for a complete overhaul with balayage and Jackie took such good care of me! Such a sweetheart. I will definitely be going back.

Love this place...without it I would be lost! The only other options are either going into the city or a crappy barber shop. So happy I decided to go here...its been a few years now getting cut by Rick. Hes the man!!! Oh and they give you alcohol!! What else could you ask for....

Literally disappointed!! I paid so much and the color didnt turn out the way I want, it looks like I did nothing you cant notice any difference in my hair!! and the lady who blow dried my hair left it very wet and was so lazy to do it !! never going back

DnA is about 2 hours away from me, but ever since I discovered this gem Ive tried to time my haircuts for when Im in town on business. Rick (and his handy toolbelt full of scissors, combs, etc) is the best! The rest of the staff are just as great!

Ive been getting my hair cut by Tara for a few years now and I highly recommend her. She always does an amazing job on my hair and I look forward to talking to her while Im in the chair. The rest of the staff is really friendly and welcoming.

The people were rude and most unfriendly. I finally got seated after a long wait and then they ended up making mistakes and giving me a bad cut. I wouldnt even take my dog there.

That place is a joke the owner is disgusting n the manager Tim thinks hes God. Hes a ugly loser. I dont see anything great that he does. Do not waste ur time or money here
