I have been going to this laundromat for exactly 1 year now, and Im not going back there ever again. The place is clean and machines are nice, but their customer service is very bad. The workers are very rude and they act like they own the place. They made me feel very uncomfortable. I used to stay in the store while I wash my clothes, but I didnt even want to stay in the store after a few incidents. Workers talk about their political beliefs and they talk loud. Its simply annoying. A couple of workers are very rude. Since they dont show any appreciation and professionalism towards their customer (the people they are making money from), Ill just stop spending my money there.

Clean, well maintained and friendly. They even have complimentary snacks. They use a card system on all their machines. You purchase a card for a dollar (refundable when youre finished) and put money on the card. They do have a bill breaker that will break 20s into 5s (and 5s to 1s I believe). Then you use the card in the machines. No more quarters! The only issue is that if you have money left over, there are no refunds (although I havent asked for one before). The laundromat is also close to a supermarket, drug store and pizza place! Get your grocery shopping done and grab a slice while you wait! Whenever we need a laundromat, well go here!

Its clean, machines work, there are staffers doing laundry there, FREE WI-FI, and free coffee and hot water for tea (sometimes cookies). Enough places to sit, stacks of magazines that are relatively current, and tables to fold on. Best laundromat Ive been in. Only downside is that it can be crowded at peak hours such as Friday and Sunday evenings. The longest I have had to wait during those times are 10 minutes for a washer or dryer.

I am willing to pay more for good service, but the prices are good. They keep it very clean here and the service is excellent. There are more dryers than washers so you will never be in a position where you have wet clothes that must wait to dry. The discount days on Tuesday and Wednesday are great. Be sure to use the new high efficiency washers in the front. Youll cut your drying time in half.

I have been doing my laundry here for the past 3 years and find that its the best in the area. It has a rewards system, discount days, free WiFi and is very close to both a good pizza place and Chinese restaurant. I have never had a problem with the staff and find them nothing but helpful and attentive. Clean and efficient facility.

The staff are helpful, they provide a large bin to bring heavy/large items, you can get soap from a vending machine, but the supermarket is parallel to their laundry. They have folding tables and sorting baskets. They recently added an atm machine. They also provide wifi and televisions while you wait.

It was my first time there tonight. The lady at the desk was extremely helpful and laughed jovially at my inability to do laundry :p Definitely going back there, hopefully when this chinese place Ive heard of is open.

Excellent place to your laundry. Be it self-service or drop-off. This place beats them all. They have reduced prices too from Monday to Friday on all washers. Free wifi, well trained staff, clean and safe place.
