I recently saw Shauna for the first time to get full highlights and a cut. I have been looking for a new stylist since I recently moved into the area and I am so glad that I found Lox Salon. I wanted blonde highlights which can be a disaster since my brunette hair tends to pull red. Shauna was extremely knowledgeable and attentive about the look I wanted (I brought in pics). I LOVE my new highlights and no brassiness whatsoever. She is extremely personable and gave me some tips on how to keep the highlights looking fresh. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Just moved to area about six months ago. Tried other salons/hair places. Finally found LOX and my favorite stylist. Great by far. She asked all the right questions before starting anything. Had a great hightlight done and cut my hair to the exact dimensions I requested. The atmosphere is casual and home-like friendly. Everyone coming in obviously were previous customers and expected nothing but good old home town courtesy and service.

Today I had my first haircut after moving to Phoenixville. Rupert (the owner) cut my hair just like I described it, and most importantly he didnt rush it! He was taking it slowly, as he even told me the typical barber phrase : "I can cut it more but I cannot put hair back on", so he was willing to cut slightly more each time I asked for more. Make sure you chat with him and make it more than having a hair cut! Great guy!

I had been looking for a great barber since moving to Phoenixville a few years ago, and my search ended when I found out about Lox. Great hours, and you can even book an appointment online, super easy! Also great price for a mens haircut.

Rupert is the best barber in town, hands down. I came in to his shop the first time for a simple cut. Rupert had other ideas. He spent over an hour on my head. His attention to detail and steady hand set him far and above other barbers in the area.
