A lot of fast food restaurants could learn something from this restaurant. I was very hesitant to go in yesterday since there was only 1 parking spot when I got there but didnt want to waste time going elsewhere. Got inside, though there were a lot of people in line, we had someone take our order within a minute of walking in. The place was packed but we were able to find a table, about 30 seconds after we sat down our food was brought to us. The drive thru was moving non-stop as two employees were out there going car to car taking the orders as they pulled up. More and more people kept coming in. At least twice we had an employee come to us to see if we needed refills or anything else (one of which was obviously at minimum a manager). The employee that was cleaning the tables, when they were all full he was wiping the condiment counter, checking trash bags or sweeping. Every single employee was occupied, nobody was standing around and everything flowed. As busy as it was, they were all working smoothly and nobody seemed rushed. I dont leave many reviews however I felt obligated to after such a great experience, especially in a fast food restaurant. It wasnt just the service we received, I was very impressed with the work ethic these employees had, and every one of them was smiling, including the manager. I know its a fast food restaurant but it sure didnt feel like it.

WE LOVE CHICKFILA. Chick fil a is hands down the best fast food in Quakertown. Always fresh and warm food. The inside is very clean also. The friendly staff members always keep us coming back. I dont know what the other person who is bashing about the drive thru talking about. I speak with a heavy European accent and they always get my order correct. During the school/dance year, we come here very often because it is located very close to the dance school and its the best option for fast food. The staff members are like our friends already, theyre so friendly and its really easy to engage in a sincere conversation. When it comes to the owner, I dont believe that he ever gave anybody a bad attitude. Hes the nicest man i ever came across in the restaurant business. My experience with him was that I forgot my purse once while picking up my daughter from dance and she wanted to get chick fil a after dance. When I finally got up to the window and had to pay, I realized i didnt have money with me. He had no problem giving me the food. Does that really sound like a mean man with a bad attitude? Other fast food in Quakertown should really train their staff the same way as chick-fil-a. September is fastly approaching so well be regular customers again and see you guys soon.

When sprinting in to this store, it is always extremely filthy and has a dark backstory. When ordering food, I was infatuated by the table counters and he underside of the play areas. But, aliens showed up and had to ruin everything! They came from Swaziland, my home country, and tried to take over. I MOVED AWAY JUST TO GET AWAY FROM THEM!! They tried to steal mah chickens, but I stopped them but using a cash register and bribing them with all of tem moneys in it. This has ruined my experience and I am moving back to ALDI, the best fast food market on the market. % SEC SUMMERY, you are badder then that pool company that went out of business... THis will surely be your fate and this country is doomed because of you. You have attracted the aliens, and they have ruined my relaxing tuesday.

Hmm, portions are small and always feel hungry afterwards. The place seems clean, staff friendly. A little overly friendly, fake. A women comes by when youre eating and asks is everything ok when your mouth is full. She is very rehearsed and doesnt think to ask when you are not chewing. This is a common practice in low end restaurants.

Pretty good food and always clean and great service although I morally disagree with the parent companys political stances. Cant fault the franchisee for that though. Never had a bad meal here and I can convince myself its half healthy because its chicken. Get you some.

Chik fil a is one of my favorite fast food places. I admit I was a little disappointed by this visit. I ordered chicken nuggets and they were all dry. :/ I was on the road or I may have gone back. Otherwise the store was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Top of the line for fast food! This restaurant is immaculate! When I say immaculate I mean immaculate! The inside and outside were very clean. The condiments were meticulously arranged and the service was top notch! IO highly recommend the Chick-fil-A location!

Cant get the drive through to get the order correct. Order diet and get regular coke. Ask for coleslaw and get fries instead. I talk to the manager who give the attitude of WHO CARES. Not a good representation of Chic Fil A! Dissapointing to say the least.

Im a fan of the original chicken sandwich its what I get every time. I have never gotten a thrown together sandwich or incorrect order. The location is always clean inside and out plus the staff is exceptionally friendly.

Its Chick-fil-A. Good speedy food and service. There is usually a little big of a wait if you stop here at lunch or dinner time, but it beats the regular fast food options. If you like chicken , youll love it.

Great Place for food! I was in the kitchen on a tour with a group and I can honestly feel good about eating their food. They go out of their way to provide a safe, fun, clean, and tasty environment.

High quality fast establishment. Service is always very friendly. They also have a nice play area for kids. This location does get pretty busy sometimes however Kama especially weekends.

So i just had breakfast for the first time here. Thought it was much better than other options. Only problem was that I asked for sausage biscuit and got bacon. I hate using drive thru.

I had chicken nuggets and the Nuggets were very small. Service was fast and friendly, but I was disappointed by the the food. And because nuggets were smaller than usual, they were dry.

Check your order! These guys always forget something! Besides sounds like all the reviews here are from the staff or the owner. This place is not all that!
