I went here for a passport photo for my passport which i NEED to study abroad in may. i got a letter today that the picture taken is not usable and i need to send in a new one which will delay my process..... im not sure if i was the first passport picture taken here since the beginning of time or if they literally dont know what theyre doing. thank you guys for wasting my time and money.

Typical government agency. Terrible customer service, no accountability for continual mistakes, unapologetic and content with mediocre everything. Dave is useless giving me repeated run around for not changing my mailbox lock for 2 weeks now while I have bills locked inside.

Theyre friendly and helpful. I had to send a package and didnt know what would be the best choice and she helped with it. Also went to complete a passport application and they explained the process well.

Horrible experience. Couldnt catch her name but heavy set girl with braids has major attitude issue very rude. Would never go back!!! Very bad customer service!!

Service is just okay its a hop, skip and jump from Taylors Hospital however the parking lot is very small, way to small, tiny in fact.
