I have brought my queen sized comforter there and they cleaned it nicely and charges much less than others. More recently, I had a gorgeous J Crew silk tank that got stained by using a hotel iron, not only did they dry clean it, but when the stain did not come out, the gentleman handwashed it, pressed it and did not charge me extra! Their prices are beyond fair, they are sweet, professional and willing to try & go the extra mile for a person- BTW I am not even a regular there! How nice to actually get good service!

Bought linen pants there to be hemmed for my honeymoon vacation and i was promised it would be done by 3pm and i got to pick them up at 5pm and they totally forgot to even do them at all. And all i got was an oh well im sorry

I dropped off a pair of jeans for hemming. On collection, the charge was $9, about almost double the going rate, and to top it all, when I measured the inside leg, they had been hemmed an inch shorter than I requested!

They shrink your clothes and ruin them forever. They are brite all right. everything fades. Do not use.
