Took them 5 times (and more or less 5 weeks) to fix my Subaru Outback and get it running correctly. Then after they stated the last two times would be free of charge since they incorrectly fixed and charged me three times I brought my car back to get a window fixed (cracking my door panel in the process) and charged me again for the labor from the previous times... Kind people, but will never bring my car back to them again. Would rather pay more money at a dealership to get it fixed promptly and correctly than have to run everywhere and pay people for rides...

Went to see Tommy and Marsha for the time I spent in Stroudsburg, and they always took care of me no matter what. Had a lot of work done on my truck there; every job was a quality job. Its tough to find guys like these anymore - they focus on being honest and cost effective rather than tricking you into paying half your life savings for a GD oil change. Give these guys a try, and when you do, make sure you say hi to the owner Tommy. Hes a great guy and will help you out anyway he can. Miss not having these guys as my auto mechanic anymore.

Went there for the first time, and was taken back by my treatment at the shop. The customers in the waiting room had nothing but good things to say about this shop. I hate mechanic shops, I do must of my own work. However, there those time when you have to bring it in to a shop. It is hard finding someone who is not taking advantage of you. The mechanic business is a tough one, but once you find a good one, the shop will get years of your business and your network of friends, coworkers and family.

Cannot say enough good things about the people at Martocci Automotive. In January, my fiance was in the hospital prepping for a heart transplant. The hood of my car wouldnt latch, which made driving down to Philly a scary adventure. I stopped in, and the guys got it sorted out, free of charge, and showed me how to take care of it myself. Theyve always done a great job with our cars, but in this case they helped me more than they knew.

The best auto shop in the Stroudsburg area, and the best one Ive been associated with in 34 years of owning vehicles. Great work done for the best price, Ive had everything done here from oil changes, motor work, transmission and body repair - I wont take my vehicles anywhere else. Tommy and Marsha are the best, as well as the whole crew of techs. If you need honesty and integrity in an auto repair shop, this is the place.

Great Service, I took a chance on a new establishment to service my truck. One thing I truly felt was I was not going to be over charged. The Mechanic explained everything to me what needed to be done, and he had quite a vast knowledge of trucks. What I also heard is that women can go there and will be treated quite fairly, they will not be taking advantage of. I suggest that you go there and to take that chance.

Ive been going Martocci for many years. I think he is the most honest mechanic Ive ever come across. When you go there with a car problem, theyll fix your problem and break everything down to you, so you understand, what the problem was. The staff is excellent, well spoken, and professional. I highly recommend them, if you want a job done fairly and recieve quality work for your dollar!!

This is the best auto repair shop that ive ever visited. We went to Firestone and they failed our inspection and told us we needed 2 new tires and it would cost $350. We took the car to Martocci and turns there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car! We only needed a light bulb replacement. We pass inspection and only paid $21 for everything. I will only go to them from now on.

Went for an inspection this morning. In and out in under an hour. While I was there, Tommy got me a price on tires for my truck. Better tires and lower prices than STS and Firestone. Lifetime alignment and road hazard protection too!
