Our 8-month-old daughter joined the Just Children family in September of 2012, following our search for an alternative to a daycare situation in which we were very unhappy. After visiting every childcare center in the local area, we could not be happier that we have found one as wonderful as Just Children, where we can confidently say that our daughter receives the best care each and every day. First and foremost, the staff is extremely professional and supportive of our daughter. Every day when we pick her up, we get a full verbal and written report of the activities in which she engaged, as well as the kind of day that she had, while in their care. The staff openly listens and responds to any questions or concerns we have, and while we may not know all of the staff at the facility, they make us feel welcome. Besides the staff, the facility is bright and clean. The hallways are lined with children’s artwork, showcasing the many activities in which the children are engaged each day. Looking through the windows of the classrooms, you can see the children talking, smiling, and playing with a variety of fun and educational toys. Additionally, there are at least two large areas in which the kids can play that are separate from their classrooms. These are great, especially for rainy and/or cold weather. While all of these qualities make Just Children a wonderful place for our daughter to spend her time each day, the highest compliment that we can give to them is the smile that appears on our daughter’s face each morning when she sees her teachers, as well as the way that she is always happily and actively engaged when we pick her up at the end of every day. We are so thankful to be a part of the Just Children family!

My search for child care was extensive. I visited eight centers in the local area and then I entered Just Children. The facility was clean and inviting. From my first walk down the hall it was evident that all children were having fun and engaged in educational activities. The complex was child centered and all staff were friendly. I then entered the infant room where I was warmly welcomed. The teachers invited me to sit down and took time to get to know me and listen to all of my concerns. This one on one attention was genuine and was unlike anything I had experienced at the other centers I had looked at. This visit helped me decide that Just Children was the place for my son. Each day I am reminded that this was the right choice for my family. My son is now 11 months old and gets excited as we walk into the center each morning. He smiles at everyone and eagerly greets his teachers with a hug. Many days when I pick him up he is having so much fun that he does not want to leave. The best part is the staff always have the children’s best interest in mind. They do what is best for the children, not what is easiest for them. We are thankful to have found a place for our son to learn and develop while receiving quality care and individual attention!

My son has been going to Just Children since September 2009. I absolutely love the staff and the wonderful programs and activities they have. It is hard enough leaving your child in the care of someone else, but I know he is safe and getting great care! This year I couldnt decide if I was going to send him to Kindergarten at the local school or if I was going to put him in all day kindergarten and pay tuition. Well after getting to know Ms. Maria and attending her Kindergarten orientation it was a no-brainer! I highly recommend this school if you are looking for friendly faces and a fun educational experience for your little ones!!!
