Been a customer here for the past there years with various stylists. They had been consistently good in the past. I usually try to book my haircuts in advance for various occasions, in this instance for my wedding. Got a call this morning that my appointment was canceled. They said there was nothing that can be done and wont work with me to fit me in before my wedding. Usually I understand. Things happen. But since Ill be walking down the aisle with a supercuts hair do wont be able to bring myself to co.email back.

Overall the experience was good, shampoo was good and atmosphere was unique. There were two things I did not like, one was that I brought a product I wanted the stylist to use when she did the blow out and she did not use it even though I asked repeatedly. The other is that I specifically asked her not to use the thinning shears and she did anyways which resulted in my naturally curly hair having limp and straight ends. Listen to your clients wishes!

Was in town and my hair needed a trim. With long and naturally straight hair I asked for it to be as blended as possible and just a trim on the ends. I left the salon with my roots still wet and extremely choppy layers I did not ask for. Ended up getting my hair re-cut and fixed later that week at a totally different salon.

The ladies here are kind, knowledgeable and soooo talented! There is a good reason why they win Best of Columbia every year! They do great cuts, gorgeous color, and really effective treatments all for reasonable prices! I love Bombshell and its fantastic women! You cant go wrong with any of them!
