This company is fantastic. I moved to the area a few months ago and I had been informed of Aerotek and what theyre all about. Being new to town I needed a good job that can utilize my previous job expieriences, and after sitting down with Jordan Miller for a brief meeting/interview I had two interviews for companies that are going through Aerotek that need new employees, all within a week and a half at most, that both fulfilled my previous job expierience. Jordan found a very suiting facility for me to be employed with, and Im going onto my 3rd month with the company and I couldnt be happier. With great wages, suitable working hours, and amazing people. The Aerotek facility is very professional and clean, all of the Aerotek employees are extremely kind, personable, and accommodating which all makes for a very pleasant time being there. Even after starting at my job Ill have Jordan contacting me from time to time to make sure Im still pleased with the job I work at, he will also receive feedback from my administrators to make sure Im fitted for the job. Any positive feedback is returned to me, which makes for a great amount of reassurance that Im doing well. Every so often my recruiter will also bring out lunch from my choice of restaurant and it helps keep in touch, and brings better client relations. If youre in a bind and need a great job placement in a short amount of time, great wages, and a friendly staff to work with to get you into the proper job type with your previous job expieriences I highly recommend Aerotek.

When asked to be removed from a position where I felt threaten and uncomfortable I was told that they could not break a contract with a client. Once a (Non-physical) altercations occurred THEN my contract was ended. I was told that because I was reporting to my direct supervisor and wasnt constantly reporting to Aerotek my complaints were invalid.

Balancing Life

Great customer service in door and at interview. After interview was offered a position and I couldnt accept it. Once youre in the door dont expect anything more than 2 stars, they are really really bad at getting back to you. When they do get back to you the feedback is short and unnerving! Wont be working for this company.

Applied June 12th, got a call back June 15th, signed papers June 17th, started work June 19th. The fact it took days for the great recruiters to get me (little experience) a full-time job with great pay, benefits and doing something I like speaks for itself. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Dont waste your time. Per the recruiter...the website is not always up to date and sometimes the position is just refreshed because it cant be deleted. So youll see new positions and everything but they actually dont exist or were filled they say.
