This was my second visit. Have used two different barbers at this location with equal results. Excellent service and precision haircut. Highly professional staff of experts. RECOMMENDED!!! ADDENDUM: Just made my third visit. Stopped by on a Sunday and they were very busy. Came back Monday when it was less busy, but still had a wait (nearly an hour). There were 5 people ahead of me on the list I signed into upon arrival (just two barbers working). I am sad to report that no one greeted me or did anything to manage the expectations of those waiting (and coming in after me) on how long a wait there would be (which I could have excused). But as it became my turn to be called for a haircut (after almost an hour wait), they simply skipped over me and took two people who had come in after me. It was pretty incredulous. My time is just as valuable as the next persons. Rather than argue or share my displeasure I voted with my feet and left. Sadly never to return again. The owner was not there (he encouraged me to write my previous review). The customer service and communication skills of those working when the boss is gone are lacking. My previous experiences were excellent. A long wait is ok. But a long wait where they skip me over when the store is nearly empty is a non-starter. Therefore I am amending my previous 5 star rating to 2 stars.

If you are looking for a classic barbershop experience, one that is consistently good, with service provided by professionals, then be sure to visit this shop. Ive been getting my hair cut (business casual) at Luiss shop for about 8 months, and have been pleased, not only with the job done by Luis himself, but also with the work of Johnathon and Eduard. I also enjoy the "feel" of this place: It is well lit and clean, has a traditional style, and has several televisions setup with the news and discovery channel playing. Luis makes everyone feel at home, and makes sure everyone is greeted personally with a smile. You get all of this for less than a bad Wal-Mart wack job.

The first time there i was kinda skeptical. I had been lookin for a good barber shop. My homeboy started working there and i went, man this is the best place to go to in the state! Hands down! Very nice place, classy yet laid back. Great atmosphere and they treat you like their friends as opposed to customers. The cuts are excellent and the straight razor makes it even better! Highly recommend them, no one does it better. Trust me i been to alot of shops. Shout out to luis barber shop and salon! Thanks!

The Wait is ridiculous. Prices are a bit high, but the workmanship is great, as the talent! I been coming for a few months. John Carlo does the best fade of my 30 years! Everyone seems good though, however I have called ahead twice to put my name on wait list, but when I arrived it wasnt there. I waited two hours 1st time. John Carlo has been in one mighty long vacation, I miss him. But I look lime a kone (Memphis slang), guess Ill try the Memphis guy or owner today!

This was my first time coming here and getting a haircut. I ended up showing my barber, Eric, what kind of fade i wanted based on a instagram pic. He executed and actually delivered a better haircut than i expected! I complimented him but Im wasnt super enthusiastic at the time. Im writing this review to state that Ill be coming back as a regular. Thx again!

Best barber shop that I have been to first time going left with a great haircut by Fernando every barber in the shop looked really talented and good at what they do.Will be going To Luis barber shop for now on I really recommend Fernando cut very great and take his time to make sure it come out perfect so worth the 30 minute drive

I brought my sons in one is 5 the other one is 10 I got cut buy two different barbers one of them insisted that it was $20 for a kids hair cut while the other one charge me 15 for kids haircut when I asked him what was the age they said they did not go by age they went by how tall they were that is extremely ridiculous

Just got the cleanest damn fade ever from Lima; and I have gone to over 20 barbers. I have weak hair, so its hard to give me a clean ass fade: but he did it. The man is a f-ing wizard and is worth five times the cost of the cut. Shop is clean, people are polite, and my white 3 year old son has a couch to sit on.

Worst experience in my life, Ive been growing my hair out for 5 months to get a certain hairstyle, I had pictures, videos, and the barber couldnt speak English, gave me a high top fade. On top of that still charged me 30 dollars, I would even let this barbershop cut my dogs hair, Please dont go there.

Super classy place. Just a great all around experience. Some of the most professional barbers in town. Fast hair cuts, but good hair cuts. Great environment, very friendly, and a place where the whole family can go. Best barber shop Ive ever been to hands down!

I hadnt came here for a while but came August 10 and Juan cut my hair, man, left me a clean fade. Really cool place the guys are cool and very respectful. Im really impressed with the cut Juan gave me and I would recommend to any guy that likes clean fades.

Took my boys and myself for a cut. Sound up getting a shave too. The place is clean, the staff are pure professionals and we will be back. Almost has that down home barber feel. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is there is always something to improve on.
