Checked in on line, was told the wait would be minutes, drove right over to wait 45 minutes. They took walk ins without calling my name, had to leave w/o getting the haircut. Given two $2 off coupons for a 45 minute wait. What is the point of checking on on line if you do not honor the system? Nice stylists. Dont offer a feature if you do not follow it, very frustrating.

Maximus Meridius

Like most Great Clips, this is a small but good establishment. Its located in a small strip of stores across from Kohls and Target. Never failed to have a good cut or friendly service. Be warned its good to come in off-peak hours, it can get very busy. It definitely helps to use the app to check in online to get an idea of how long your wait is

Wife went with pictures of what she wanted done and received a terrible haircut. Poorly cut bangs, uneven sides, too many layers, and a horrible neckline. Luckily was able to get into a local salon and fix it. Unfortunately had to cut it pretty short to try and have a decent haircut. Manager is rude.

I normally take my daughter to the main st location but stoped at the glenbrook location for convince this time. The lady Brandi who cut her hair was great. Highly recommended for kids.
